Here's my Orient for the weekends around the water. Really impressed with the watch for the money.

Just ordered a digital with the tide / moon displays. Thanks.

I guess I should have posted about my Orient here and not on the other thread. Wanted an automatic for boat/beach/pool when the dress watch was not the right choice.
How is the illumination on those G-shocks? I was thinking about getting another watch for hunting but love my Ironman's indiglo feature for checking on legal shooting light.

What's the pro way to get an accurate weight on your boat and trailer?
Will a truck stop let you get weighed? Not a truck stop guy. How does that work? Talk to the cashier? -
Fn NICE!After flirting with the Powerstroke F150 and the Raptor, I went back to what I’ve had in the past (99 and 05). This was the GM’s demo and he already had it upfitted exactly the way I would have done it (leveled with bigger BFG ATs). Really thinking about a bed cover for the first time. Right now leaning towards the Retrax Pro MX.
Ford guys: what's the trim / package level you have to get to in order to get those C-clamp headlights on the F250?- 1

Thought we were wasting our time doing some nearshore bay boat trolling here in the Florida Panhandle. Not so. Bagged two of these girls.
Earlier we caught a couple good reds at sunrise. Also waded through some hoss smacks while grouper trolling.- 2

Got after a few big bluegill and some shellcracker at a buddy's neighborhood pond after school yesterday.

PP has changed some of their ad copy to reflect that it's not an anchoring system. I own two and had one on a former boat. I would never leave the boat based just on the PP being deployed.
I have had an anchor slip on me as well though so even that is no guarantee. Slowed the boat down enough to catch it though. -
Check the rod guide eyelets with a cotton ball.Double check the insert (if there is one) on your rod tip guide. I went through a period of braid break offs where a tiny defect in the insert was cutting the line. I was about to lose my mind before I found it. -
Used Wranglers here in Florida are all priced higher than giraffe pussy. Uncanny how much folks are asking. Using FB marketplace mainly.
There was a shop near Orlando doing mediocre refurbish jobs. Looks like they might be shut down now.
I have a bunch of toys so it's not a big priority but I would like to pick one up. -
I have a livewel pump that's driving me crazy. First indication of trouble was that it was loud as heck. Then it just died.
Replaced the pump AND cut out a crappy splice in the wiring. New pump ran in the barn but sounded like a rock tumbler.
On the water the new pump is just dead. Won't work for shit.
All other pumps on the boat work fine.
It's either two different problems or one overarching one I'm not thinking of. -
I have owned two. Thinking about picking up an older one for a weekend cruiser this winter. Have an extra garage spot.

Lake O related? Or two separate shit shows?Red tide keeping me off the water this weekend. Dead fish everywhere, 400 turtles cleaned off the beach. Whale shark even washed up. The worst was a baby manatee clinging to its dead mother.
It it is fucking brutal -
Boat barn is done and electrified. Finally. Electricity put it over budget by a mile. YOLO

Picked up this Orient automatic diver for $320 on ebay.
Wanted an auto for beach/boat/fishing/pool use. Something that can see some sunscreen and fish slime and wouldn't be a heartbreaker if lost overboard. 44mm feels a little large on my wrist but I just put it on. -
I need to repack my Mustang. It's way overdue.
Brought the Pathfinder home today after two months in the marina. Fuckers failed to charge my batteries multiple times. Had five dead batteries on a 23' bay boat today. Still caught some fish. #winning -
Man that's an awesome Omega. Been wanting one for a couple years now. Just can't pull it off $$$ wise
-
Well either way it'll justify $254215463251 in headache rack sales.
-
Look at the trailer uprights. Think the boat got rear ended
-
Any Sig 320 owners here? Thoughts on the Apex flat trigger?
How do you know if your gun needs to get fixed for the recall? Does the Apex flat trigger solve the recall issue?
-
Got my boat barn coming together.
Any recommendations on treating the garage floor before I start parking boats in there? Not spending the money on epoxy. What's the next step down?
Power goes in Monday. Waiting for the construction ruts to heal up until the end of the month. Then I will move in. -
Check for a resettable circuit breaker on the trolling motor wiring. If you find one... Reset it.Trolling motor problem- batteries charged- motor unit shows full charge - unit receives a signal from the remote and will rotate (sometimes) but will not power up the prop at all.
Changed the power receptacle thinking it wasn’t getting a good connection- no bueno. Same deal.
What am I missing? Could the wiring be bad and not delivering full power?
It's worked for me several times -
Retrax is waterproof. $$$ thoughAre all bed covers waterproof? If not, what's the best bet outside from one of those rigid tilt up covers that cover the whole bed?- 1

Hey guys I have this 2008 Tag Heuer Carrera that I want to sell (to fund another watch purchase). I am the original owner. Have the paperwork but no box.
List it on eBay or somewhere else? How much $ should I be asking for?

Speaking of a GM's demo truck... What percentage of the price should I expect the dealership to come off due to a truck being a demo and having 1100 miles on it? Say a high end ram that would normally be in the 50-55K range?
Dealership is trying to to cloud the waters claiming that AT tires and a leveling kit they installed should cover the lost value.
