Spoilers just in case…..
SpoilerSo Milchuck said 5 months when Mark came back. How long did it take Mark to get everyone else back? What did they say to his Outie, who wouldn’t know that was what the Innie wanted, to get him to go recruit the team back? Love that they are keeping us in the dark because I trust we will get answers
I knew Helly was going to lie about her outie but it’s a conflict I think I could do without in this show. For some reason I felt disappointed that the show decided to do that
Loved it otherwise.

Chappelle on this week, I believe.

ESPN suggested a trade for KD. Would really be something to get him in a swap like this.
Notwithstanding above post, I would do that in a heartbeat. PHX would be dumb not to at least require Jabari if not Amen or Tari.

Last dumb question. Maybe. How does the innie version of Mark know that his wife is dead in "real life"?
I just watched the last episode. He figures it out via conversations with his sister and BIL while at the book reading party.

What if I told you that Jabari Smith going out just unlocked Jalen Green/Sengun/Amen as a viable top 3 and we don’t need Butler or Durant?
We aren’t beating the Thunder this year. so let’s not take on $50m a year for 2-3 years. I won’t shit on a pick swap back + players for Durant or Booker. But I am willing to see just how far this team can get in playoffs. No one in the west scares me other than OKC and weirdly Golden State who might not make the play in. Our place in the standings validates this. Go win 54 and get a 2 or 3 seed and see how the chips fall in the playoffs. We will learn a lot about these guys in the playoffs that we don’t have a clue about now. Hope we have more Jimmy Butlers and fewer Demar Derozans but who is to know until they grind out a series or two.

About the only thing I remember him ever doing was a music video where he ripped all of his flesh off. Saw it while very drunk and could never un-see it, but never wanted to see it again sober.
Rock DJ. When I was studying in London in 2003 we’d go to that upstairs pub in Covent Garden occasionally. They had a video jukebox. I’d always put that video on 5x repeat on my way out. I was cool.

Don't directly refer to fellow congresspeople as child, buddy, boy, girl, and pal. Surely we can acknowledge that without forfeiting the right to ridicule Nancy's gloriously over the top, non-proportional response.
Fuck that noise. The respect isn’t being given from the other side. They don’t deserve a respectful tone in response. Gloves are off per their own rules. Stop pearl clutching.

Would season 2 be Taipan, or are they just going to make up shit for Shogun after the book ends. I mean it really went well for GOT when they didn’t have any book material. Fuck that fat turd.
Counter... The Leftovers and The Watchmen..... although I do not think Damon Lindelof is involved in this.

This team is boring? They have an electric freshman and just took two top 5 teams to the wire at home.
Not sure that they're "good". Think RT should be coaching for his job down the stretch here but I think they could string some wins together.
I was parroting the prior posts. Boring isn’t a good adjective. I’ve really enjoyed Tre this year. And notwithstanding his bad game against TN, like Kaluma as well. But rest of team is just lacking any identity.
-
It sucks this team is so boring because I really like our top 2 guys (Johnson, Kaluma). Pope had a decent game against TN, but he and Larry are just completely outclassed in this league. I don't understand why Larry is on the court with under 2 minutes left, even with Weaver out.
Tre was the best player on the court Saturday. We did a great job on Lanier. They just had more dudes than us (specifically Dubar and Gainey coming off the bench). If we are average from 3 or even a little worth, we win.

They deserve every bit of it.
Took me a minute to notice that was Kim Coates as Brigham Young. I don't think I've ever seen him play a role like that. He's always some version of the guy he played in Sons of Anarchy.

It’s super grim but I am enjoying it. LDS has to hate it.

It's probably been said upthread, but how many times this year has he missed two kicks in a row, first wide right, then second wide left? At least three including the Peach Bowl? We need a kicking coach because dude doesn't know how to correct. He corrects from kick to kick like my 11 yr old daughter steers the Tomorrowland cars at Disneyworld.

Survive and advance. Style don’t mean shit right now.
I’ve decided Skittlebrau is what would have happened had the lead singer of Sublime kicked heroin and gotten into football.

Double Feature last night:
Carry On: about what I expected and we enjoyed it
Tag: very enjoyable…not sure if it was the movie or me (pizza and wine effect) but it seemed to drift a little in the middle…but ended up being a good random flick
An ex-colleague was in the real-life group that Tag was based off from Spokane. It makes sense if you know him. Wasn't excited to see him buck naked in the shower in the closing credits getting tagged. The guy getting tagged at his father's funeral is a true story.

The young lawyer shows me that Sheridan learned everything about lawyers on Suits and Ally McBeal. There are so many things about that character that just don't exist in the real world. Particularly when she takes it so personally that her client has to pay more to the mourning widows. I get it - "win at all costs" - but she (or her firm) make the same either way, and it's hardly an "L" on the record. This heel turn is both weird and hilarious.
If you want me to really believe she is pissed off to the point of threatening Tommy/Coop with the false alternative narrative, at least introduce the partner at her firm in Houston (played by Sigourney Weaver, Viola Davis, or Michael Chiklis, take your pick) reaming her out because Monty reamed them out (as opposed to her directly) and threaten her partnership promotion.
All that said, I enjoy the show and will keep watching it.

This is the stretch where the whole of the NBA believes we'll come back down to earth. This loss didn't help. Just go get one of the Cleveland games to make up for it.
