Is enaruna always this good? I don’t remember him at all.

Hilton looks lit. Wish I was there.

Good call. And it doesn't necessarily need to be sports-related. I was just thinking about things the 13 year-old would like to do that the 9 year-old wouldn't and the 9 yo absolutely hates sports. We're doing all of the normal tourist things as a family, but now I'm scrambling to find something that just he and I can do that night.
My boys (12 and 14) loved the Nike flagship store and spent like 2 hours there. Not sure if it’s open late or not. If he likes chocolate he will have a good time at max brenners. Wouldn’t recommend the entrees really just the dessert for kids.- 1

You’ll love my uncle’s YouTube channel, Baseball Card Theater.
Here’s the latest:

Anyone want to sell me opening day tix? Willing to spend but trying to avoid stubhub fees.

Brown took a hard fall on what could have been a flagrant last night. I hope he's okay, he's a true freshman so a bit new to rough and tumble big boy play and it's going to be a long season.
I thought that looked pretty inadvertent. I mean yes it was a hard fall, but it didn’t look like he undercut him on purpose to me. -
Bears come away with a clutch win tonight for drew’s 400th win. Kendall brown and James akinjo are fun to watch.

Ok whatever mild crush I had on jay Wright is dead. Incessant bitching to refs and fouling down by twenty?? Embarrassing.

"Overrated" chant, absolute clownery.
Super cringey. Kids are stupid.- 1

Our defense is stifling. Total dominance.
Disappointed in offense especially offensive boards. Haven’t looked at the stats but seemed not good. -
I have the 1 month old by myself today, or I’d be there. Frustrating one to miss.
That’s the perfect age to bring one! I would offer to take a shift holding but my courtside seats might be kind of dangerous for a newborn. /humblebrag

Merry Christmas to me!
My husband left with the kids yesterday to go skiing and I’ll fly up tomorrow after watching my bears crush Villanova today in courtside seats!
Even if we lose, I win escaping a 15 hour car ride with my five angels!- 2

Like him, hate him or love him, and everything in between…a Texas football publishing legend.
I have never heard of anyone hating him, ever.
I worked at the Texas sports hall of fame in college and he was universally respected. I planned the magazine release party one year!- 1

This had me rolling. Tell me you’re a xennial without telling me you’re a xennial. -
Anything else happen in Baylor athletics in the interim you can think of?
Yes, a complete gut to football recruits save jalen pitre.- 2

Oh yeah that Dartmouth kid has been great. Today was his first TD.
OL has obviously improved. -
WOW! National Champs in Basketball and Big 12 Football Champs. My neighbor just ran over to tell me this and I never knew he went to Baylor lol.
It’s an incredible feeling for someone who had a single conference win all 4 years I was there! Then blissgate the year after I graduated.- 1

That….and did Baylor get an influx of new players? Or did they coach up the same ones they had last year?
I can’t think of any new impact players other than this backup qb who redshirted last year. Well and the kicker (who had negative impact). -
How was that not a penalty on Baylor. They called timeout with none left and the refs stopped it. That should have been a penalty on Baylor.
Reddit is saying it’s not against the rules in cfb to call timeout when you don’t have any. Refs are supposed to know how many they have and ignore the request if none remain.
Had no idea. -

I'm not big on getting gifts, but I do love shopping, and my girlfriends often ask me to pass along their wish list items to their husbands, so I thought one of you guys might want to take a look at what 30-40ish basic bitches are asking for this Christmas.
For the hi-tech hottie
- the new iphone
- stainless steel apple watch band (bracelet or mesh)
- a legit power bank
- a mechanical keyboard
- Samsung frame tv
- a hotspot from a different carrier than the one she has service with
For the outdoorsy gal
- these towels from her favorite national park are a neat memento as would be this scratch-off poster
- this incredible new book of photos from my friend Earl Nottingham's 30 year career as Texas Parks and Wildlife photographer
- trekking poles have been super clutch for me as my knees start hurting on descent whilst hiking
- a fancy hoodie
- butterfly garden kit
For the workout warrior
- Theragun or knockoff
- these super soft and flattering vuori joggers for lounging
- nice socks like Feetures for a stocking stuffer or my favorite ski socks
- apple watch 6 has all the fancy health metrics (oxygenation, sleep, etc)
- apple+ subscription (or something similar)
For the sexy librarian
- a new novel (Here i'm not much help as I have become extremely picky, really disliking the last several authors my friends have raved about like Kristin Hannah, Celeste Ng, Laura Dave, etc. The last book I remember recommending was The Midnight Library by Matt Haig, and it was more that the premise was innovative and interesting and less that I was like, 'Wow this is a really great book.' I reread some classics with my kids in high school last year like Adventures of Huck Finn, Little Women, and Native Son and it made me regret every other book I've read lately. George Saunders's Tenth of December is several years old, but I really enjoyed that collection of short stories.
- a first edition of a beloved book
- a subscription to a magazine like NYT, the Atlantic, or Texas Monthly
- a membership to the Story Bound Society, a book subscription curated by my favorite book shop, Fabled in Waco. (I would be the guardian profile.)
For the foodie
- a new cookbook (My girlfriends and I all love The Defined Dish, she also has a new cookbook coming out right after Christmas you can preorder, Ina Garten's Modern Comfort Food, or a Jamie Oliver book would be good.)
- not a cookbook but any foodie will love Gastro Obscura.
- a treat from Goldbelly (note that many restaurants, like Snow's bbq, ship directly themselves. and that's a better choice if available)
- an expensive olive oil or truffle oil
- a subscription to NYTCooking or Fine Cooking
- a nice cutting board
For the fashionista
- a gift card to House of Colour to find out what her best colors are (this is a lot of fun and actually a great investment and can save money by teaching her what looks best, not an MLM a real franchise)
- a Dyson hair dryer
- Ugg slippers
- an everyday pendant to wear (inexpensive, moderate, expensive, wow) Note: if you're gonna spend >$100 i would invite your special lady friend to shop with you. No one will be disappointed to hear "let's go find something sparkly."
For anyone
- something sweet or sentimental, personal to her (like a Cameo from Jared Butler, or a Cowtown Clay mail order kit, or a custom ornament with her childhood home)
- a weighted blanket
- a pretty planter with plant
- a graphic t-shirt
- patio lights or a fire pit
- eberjey pajamas
- a masterclass subscription
- the perfect t-shirt

We went a few weeks ago. Nonstop out of Austin on Southwest was great. We carried on so the airport was a breeze. USA transfers to the Puerto warez ferry was great. The island was a bit disappointing in that it seems to have grown a little bit more than we cared for. Especially by the ferry, it seems pretty Americanized. The food as usual was great. Javi’s was awesome, we did not make it over to Bastos. Playa Norte was real nice early but got packed with boats anchored too close. We got rain here and there late in the day but it was fine, my guy on the island made sure we had some party favors for chilling on the porch. Can’t wait to go again
Where did y’all stay? -
We will need probably 5 rooms plus a meeting room. Or maybe a suite for one of the rooms and we can meet there.
Kimber modern would be perfect for this.
