except blOU is a much worse matchup for us. Specifically their V/S-style offense Lebby inherited from Briles, which PK has routinely struggled to stop while at Texas.

Either this team is good enough to beat those assholes or it ain't.  If it ain't, backdooring your way into the CFP by beating a piss-poor Okie Lite team isn't impressive.

Better for our CFP chances too, I think, if we beat those dick lickers from Norman.  Avenges our only loss so there's no 1-loss team with a better argument than us at that point.  Better SOS, avenged the loss, beat Bama at Bama.

blOU has got to be the luckiest fucking team in all of CFB. Time and again, things break their way and they end up in the Big 12 title game. Fuck fuck fuck

    Why you cryin'?

This is perfect.  Us leaving the Big 12 after beating all of the little brothers and then shaming the Dirt Burglars in the title game is as good as it gets.

  3. It won't happen, but Michigan getting SMU'ed by the NCAA would be fucking hilarious.

And really, how sad is it that you have to cheat in the B1G?  There's you, Ohio St., Pedo St. about a mile down, and then you have to dig to China to reach the talent level of every other team in that conference.  You should be able to 11/12 win that conference every year blindfolded, but we've got Three Days of the Condor level shenanigans going on to get a competitive edge over the likes of Indiana, Illinois, and Northwestern.

The Game should be above The Killer. Alien 3 was absolute fucking dogshit.

The theatrical release of Alien 3 is dogshit.  If you get ahold of the Assembly cut it's actually alright.

The studio fucked him over hard on that film, so he gets a pass in my book.  Especially considering literally everything involving that franchise after Alien 3 is, well, way worse than Alien 3.

  5. Falcons need a TD.  It's 4th and 1 in the Cards redzone.  What does Art Smith draw up?  A QB sneak with Ridder where that idiot tries diving for the 1st instead of driving with his feet.  Where is Bijan?  On the sideline of course.

Good news is Smith might actually get fired once the Falcons lose to the 1-8 Cardinals.

Why does 9-1 feel so…bad? It shouldn’t, we haven’t seen this in over a decade. Yet, here I am thinking “worst 1 loss team in the nation”.

Is it PTSD? Are the burnt orange glasses working against me? Is the koolaid sugar free?

The reality is the record is the record and arguably this teams worst game resulted in a loss. They have also let leads evaporate and look very mid in stretches this year. The worst part is seeing other top 10 teams handle business, where it feels like we are hanging on.

idk, maybe I just need to take a step back and be happy to keep grinding out wins. Because being worse than 9-1 would be just that, worse.

You feel that way because this team is a few key plays going different from being 6-4.

Of course, last year the team was a few key plays going different from being basically undefeated.

I would just like to see some mistake free football and better coaching decisions.  The days of blowing everyone on the schedule out are over, I'm afraid.  Too much parity in the game.

Just irks me seeing this team underperform when yet again there's a year we could win the Big12 and make noise in the postseason.  I guess that's still on the table, but they're going to have to remove some heads from some asses to get that done.

I had no idea about Arthur Smith's background until a couple of days ago. His dad founded FedEx and he climbed the NFL coaching ladder in Tennessee? WTF. He's the poster boy for nepotism.

His first job in football was as a quality control guy for the Redskins.  How did he get that job?  His daddy was part owner of the team at the time.
