  1. I am not someone who entertains conspiracy theories...I think Oswald shot JFK, I think we landed on the moon, I think 9/11 was the result of terrorists crashing planes into buildings, and I don't believe in UFO's (well, I don't believe in aliens from outer space visiting Earth).

But the fact that this Op-Ed was published in the NYT on the same day, just a couple of hours after the reports of the Clinton and Obama bombs, does make me scratch my head:

Damn!  This is just like Michael killing off the heads of the five families.....

No, not really.  Michael wasn't this incompetent.

It would be more like Fredo trying to kill off the heads of the five families.

Supposedly the trailer has the ability to defend itself as well.

Picture of said trailer:   [CRAP...didn't see LoneStarBiker's post before I posted this.  His is better.]

Gurley, Hunt, Diggs, Tyreek, and Allen?

    4 team league?

    8 team league.

I had the #1 draft pick.  Took Gurley #1, and then waited around for my two back-to-back at the end of the 2nd and start of the 3rd rounds.  Took Hunt & Diggs with those two picks.  Got Hill and Allen at end of 4th and start of 5th rounds.  Guys in my league weren't sold on the KC skill players with a new, young QB.  I took advantage of it.

  5. Yesterday started off really slow and really bad. Diggs caught next to nothing and Alex Smith cannot connect with Jordan Reed to save his life.  Then then first half of last night's game happened, and I thought I was done for.

    It got better:

It's extremely complicated when it comes to execution.  That's why it requires the massive amount of reps.

It matters not as Leach's place in football history as an innovator and  influence of the game is cemented already.  It's just frustrating when people, either ignorantly or with amnesia; seem to downplay his contributions.

It's not malicious or anything, it's just a bit puzzling.

To be clear, I was not downplaying his contributions.  He changed high school football in Texas forever.

My only point was that his schemes were not complicated, but the execution of them was a thing of beauty.  People at the time called it a gadget or gimmick offense, and in all honestly it was anything but.  It was just masterfully executed.
