You're arguing to me about something you *think* my point or line of thought is, but I assure you it's not where your head is going. I didn't attempt to prompt some discussion about distance or range, batteries required, or however the fuck your philosophical leanings on where cars should be going being expressed. I wasn't looking for a dicussion on materials and bills.
If they want to sell trucks, make something cool that looks and is the size of popular truck models. The Ford Lighnting looks like a normal sized F150, so lets not pretend this engineering isn't fucking possible. The Rivian truck looks small compared to an F150 or Silverado, and those are the standards for trucks. You want to sell something, make it in the size that's popular. Whining about battery range when the analogs who are buying ICE trucks right now sure don't give a fuck about gas mileage doesn't strike me as an argument that has merit.
As for the idea of what cars should be doing, or going, and what their purpose is, well, everyone's going to have different opinions on that. And there are going to be electric cars and trucks of all different shapes and sizes to cater to those people as well.I know the majority of truck owners don't do truck things with their trucks, but if you do EV isn't really an option. Unless there is a charger at the boat launch, I can probably only take my boat 30-50 miles away in a Lightning if I want to get back.

The Postman was nominated for best picture? WTF that movie was awful.

And the franchise that scored the worst just won their 3rd Superbowl in 5 years.
Maybe instead of trying to make players happy it's best to train them mentally and physically to be savages on the field.
Can you imagine if Mahomes was drafted by a team with a nice locker room? Would he even still be in the league?

Quit making fun of hey dudes. Hell even the show was magic. I'll never forget my first exposure to Christine Taylor

This is going to be an enormous fail. Like wtf are they thinking?
I don't eat a ton of fast food, but the last time I did I was surprised at how "much" it was for a regular value meal.
Kirk Tanner is a fucking idiot.
It used to be cheap and fast. Now it's just fast. You can get a burger at whatever family chain restaurant you find palatable, and it will cost as much as your fast food combo meal.

Nurses? My wife is a nurse and works her ass off, but she isn't a first responder or we have been missing a lot of first responder discounts if she is.

Got in to someone else’s car coming out of gas station. No one was in it. Very glad I didn’t get in a fight or shot
Did the same in a mall parking lot. Sat in the passenger seat for like 10 seconds then started looking at the cup holders and freaked out. Wasn't even the same make or color of my wife's car.

I think the Madea movies are the only movies that I would shame someone for admitting they liked.

I agree, one the aspects about it was how cheap they were. Spent plenty a weekend afternoon on the back patio at Floyds off Durham, it was like $2 a pound with everything and dollar longnecks. I still love me some crawfish but wouldn't be upset showing up to a boil to find out it was shrimp and crab
The same with chicken wings. I'm not going to turn them down if offered, but I'll put my money elsewhere if I am buying.

the question remains however, why not just make a pb&j and freeze it yourself?
I think the point of uncrustables is they don't have crusts which most kids hate, and they are thawed by lunchtime. It's a convenience buy for lunchbox kids. My kids never liked PB&Js they wanted PB and honey which didn't need to be cold. I have no idea why anyone would stock them just to have around the house. Those people should probably be on a watchlist.

No idea. I always have a water bottle, hand sanitizer and lip balm handy when I'm away from the house.
Are you being sarcastic or is this a covid thing? Assuming my wife isn't with me, I don't think I've ever left the house with hand sanitizer. Lip balm maybe a handful of times if my lips were already chapped. Assuming it's not a pack a cooler situation, I'd stay home over carrying a water bottle around somewhere.

I wouldn't want it in cybertruck form nor to come with actual integrity issues, but the rusted/patina aesthetic can absolutely look better than it's brand new counterpart.

Yeah, from Facebook. Dell was pretty dorky looking in high school, but he has lost a lot of weight, works out more, doesn't wear dorky glasses and gets decent haircuts.
Clearly his dorky days are in the past.

Someone completely unplugged from sports knowing who won the Superbowl would mean about as much to them as me knowing who won The Bachelor. There is nothing I could do with that information other than nod and say okay.

I don't think that's the issue as much as Jerry Jones has no chance of identifying an up an comer. I don't think a current assistant on a future DC track somewhere is going to turn down the Cowboys DC job because of the HC will soon likely be fired. His contract is going to get him paid even if a new regime takes over, and if the defense looks good, he's going to easily get another job. Outside of a few franchises no one really has much HC stability.

Lunchables. Parents pay $4, and their kid drinks the Capri Sun and eats a fun sized candy bar and throws away the rest.

It's from Matthew Vaughn. He did Kingsman (all 3), Kick-Ass, X-Men: First Class. If you didn't like those, you won't like this.
Loved those movies and didn't realize the same guy did all of them. That being said this still looks awful.
