Thanks. Yeah I could see on the UT app where the placeholders for the tickets were, but no tickets.
ETA: just checked again and the email just arrived a few minutes ago. Tickets are downloaded and in Pay wallet. Good to go. /csb
I'm not sure I got any recent email about this. I have all my tickets stored in my wallet but I think I want to print off 2 of them to give to my friends that are coming with us since I have not got the digital transfer to work. Is that done via the email that you received?
Even if they do get the transfer working it's looks like anyone accepting a ticket would need to create a Texas Sports account. I suppose some UTAthletics marketer is thinking they are amazing with this Customer Acquisition scheme but what a huge pain and likely an issue when you are trying to sell/transfer tickets right before the game in a high traffic area with little signal. How would you not just be able to send the digital ticket from wallet to wallet? Unreal. That's what Austin FC does.
Also, why the hell are my mobile tickets Crimson in color?!?

Smart contract chain that has significantly lower fees than ETH. That always comes with tradeoffs, typically centralization but I’m not sure of the specifics with solana. It has been on fire. Has a lot of Vc support on crypto Twitter it seems.
My buddy came to me saying we should be buying... it's had such a run up the last few weeks i'm hesitant.

What's going on with Solana (SOL). Up like 2000% this year but I've never heard of it until now.
Are they doing something unique?

I tried to transfer one to my wife just to see if it works. Nothing came through yet.

Just win and I’ll pay it.
True. Texas thinks their pricing is behind other big programs but if they were having half the success of Bama the line would be down the street to pay the $2500 per seat donation

I've been playing around with <$20 moments in S2. You identify a moment that you think will rise and perhaps double your money. You're not getting wealthy but it help to make TS a free or cheap hobby. Of course in a rising market, it's easy to think you're smart with your buys and sells.
BAYC / Etherock gainz or bust

for anyone that has some top shot moments but you haven't checked out your account in a while, "good" moments are experiencing decent price growth. If you have common moments for players with low attention and 40K moment copies, there isn't much growth there. Those moments are only valuable for completing sets and actually not easy to sell unless you want to undercut the market to move it.
Overall my account was down about 15% from what I paid since I bought some expensive moments that went drastically down. While I'm still underwater on a few moments, I'm almost back to even overall. It definitely helps me that I pulled a rare James Harden in a pack. His only (last) '20-'21 moment with the Rockets.
Yep, my S1 moments are looking strong again. I never pulled the trigget on the Luka 1st moment but it's gone from ~$1500 to almost $5000 in the past few weeks.

I'm curious if it will matter at all. Previously, there was a reason to split up the seat donation vs ticket cost because one was tax deductible. That's no longer the case, so even if they lock donations, they can just make all future increase to the ticket cost.
They are always very careful to say "seat-related gift" and not "ticket price".
Right. Will be easy for them to just raise ticket prices and say that Bama season game ticket is way higher than the previous K State ones. I expect this to happen but hopefully that the brunt of increases would be on the donation side to at least give everyone that has stuck this period out a break. We already got stuck with paying ~25% more in donation the past few years as the IRS took away the deduction.

In other news the MUDS Spac deal with Topps fell apart because MLB has signed with Fanatics. As it relates to NFTs the only Series 1 Topps Baseball cards might now be stranded on the Wax blockchain. Maybe Fanatics buys Topps or maybe these just sit out there as the "1st Baseball NFTs". I sure hope they can make this work as I'd be pissed if my collection lost significant value on this debacle.

One new case at Casis Elementary today. Not in our class but 2 in the last week could be worse?!?!
To the above comment, if kids need to quarantine are you saying there is no online option for them at this point. Is the online that was offered only for those that chose that prior to the start of the year?

yeah, i came into NFT space to play ZED a week or 2 after BAYC launched. I think they were .5 ETH at the time and my noob ass thought that was too much for jpeg. lol
Same. I jumped on the discord right when it launched but never bought anything. Instead was pumping money into the penny stonks which has been nothing but a disaster.

i am in the same boat. have not researched it a lot, but saw where someone was able use a VPN and then log in like they were in a different country to recover the account.
I don't think i have much in mine. very low $ amount of a few shitcoins from 2 years ago, but need to gain control of it again i guess.
Something going on with Binance? I have an account that I use a VPN to access but have not been on it in quite a while. I heard they are going to start listing WAX which led to a massive spike recently.

I've almost always received mine well before the season even started.
The fact that they had them up for a bit and took them away is what upset me. I'm hoping my seat locations stay the same and don't get worse than what they originally put up.

Kris Stockton worked with my dad after he finished college. Great guy!
Indeed. That’s who we went to for my wife’s foot surgery.

Some of the newbs helping in the ticket office may have told you that. We got different answers until we talked to the right person.
Are they the plain tickets or nice ones of years past,

I have some friends that are moving from the East Club seats to the new SEZ. Although the sightlines are worse you are moving out of the direct sun and into something with brand new world class facilities. I think even watching from the common areas of the SEZ are going to be awesome. Not sure that's possible from the East Club.
