Just stop with Lebron. He's not leaving the East. Best spend your energy on resigning the core of the team, and going after a guy like Tyreke Evans or finally convincing Sergio Llull to come over. This team is very close, just needs another play maker in case Paul gets hurt, which you have to move forward with thinking it's going to happen in the playoffs.

     PG - Paul, Evans/Llull

    SG - Harden, Gordon

    SF - Ariza, Green

PF - Tucker, Mbah a Moute

C - Capela, Nene, Wright (if he's healthy, I know the Rockets training staff was working with him after he got hurt and waived).

Great post. They need more defenders that can switch to all players, especially another PG. Same formula, it obviously works very well.

Tyreke Evans would be perfect, im not feeling Sergio as much... Maybe Michael Carter-Williams, Dante Exum, Delon Wright, Cory Joseph, Malcolm Brogdon, Emmanuel Mudiay, Shelvin Mack... A PG with some height and defensive ability would be great to backup CP3. Bobby Brown was his backup this year...

  2. Drive = get fouled pushed, hit on the arm it isn't called

Shoot 3 = get fouled on the arm, land on a foot and twist your ankle it isn't called

Defend = get fouled moving screen it isn't called

Great series how exciting! Don't know why Harden wouldn't shake hands with Curry after the game what a poor sport.

The records show Donaghy placed 134 calls to referee Scott Foster — more than the 126 calls Donaghy made to his bookie — between October 2006 and April 2007, the period during which he has confessed to either betting on games or passing on game information to gamblers.

Lol he had to get the outcomes before he made the bets.

You can name it a “google thread”, but we need all those obvious decisions and indecisions in one thread just to address to it in future.

Whenever someone is going to google *Rockets - Warriors Game 7 refs” is going to come to this one.

NBA simply rigged this game. It was an obvious game-fixing by the league.

At first by forcing game 7, secondary and in much more brutal way here, to force a Warriors - Cavs finals again.

Second quarter, Rockets are leading by double-digits.

2 obvious fouls on three-pointers by Harden - 6 points

Goaltending call on Clint Capela (clean block) - 2 points added for Curry

Rockets are going to the break leading by eleven instead of twenty

    Third quarter

And-one play on a three-pointer by Harden - ruled out, inbound on side - 4 points

    - Curry 3PT with obvious moving screen by Looney - 3 points

    - Curry 3PT with obvious moving screen by Bell - 3 points

Eric Gordon drive with a couple of guys fouling him at the rim - non-call - 2 points

That’s 22 points on decisions and non-decisions that were an unquestionable mistakes and even admitted by TV crew.

Decision and non-decisions were made by Scott Foster and Mike Callahan

So glad I skipped watching this garbage.

Personally, I wanted a second run with JVG. He had his rag tag team without healthy superstars playing at their highest level and admitted to not being open minded on offense. D'Antoni is too goddamn stubborn for his own good and not up to par to making in-game adjustments.

I agree with JVG but he doesn't care enough anymore, he is too comfy goofing off with "momma there goes that man" guy.

D'Antoni isn't at fault for Cp3s hamstring and Ryno being MIA. I dig him, hes funny and cool under pressure. Maybe he should have got himself tossed after that shit officiating in game 6.

It will be interesting to see how the front office reacts in the off season....

They built the team specifically to beat Golden State. They will continue with this same strategy. Lots of "small" bigs that can defend multiple positions. Lots of iso ball with two of the best iso guys in the world. Lots of 3s and layups.

They weren't going to win playing 5 on 8, even with CP3. They will have to rely on Durant or Curry being hurt or the league no longer wanting the exact same finals every year.

Whatever, it's fun if you just don't get too invested in the outcomes because we all know what the storyline is gonna be. I flipped it to the game for 20 sec and watched Harden get fouled on a pullup 3 and no call. It was pretty clear the league wants Durant/Lebron.

We need harden and Gordon for sure obviously. Then need a big game from ariza and tucker

and if we can hold one of the warriors big 3 to a sub par game we have a shot. Can’t have klay shooting wide open threes.

In other words we need a miracle to win.

Just defense, and they got to call found when Rockets get fouled driving.

If CP3 can be an effective decoy there is a solid chance of the Warriors having to guard him & freeing up Harden a bit on offense...

Its not about offense. It's about defense. If he can't chase guys around on those off ball screens and effectively switch, guard bigs like he's been doing all year then it's not going to work. He's not an off ball stretch player anyway, he's the other ball handler.

Eric Gordon is going to have to keep playin lights out. The Rockets got to keep turning GS into an iso team by effectively switching off ball screens. Even then, if they get fucked by the refs again it's going to be baloney.

I just want to see Curry throw a tantrum and spit out his pacifier. But that's not in the best interest of the league so I dont see it happening. They want a player spoiled millennials can relate to.

Yup. Fucking guaranteed. And 2 road teams, no less.

One "underdog Goliath" story booked for the finals.

I'm optimistic for the Rockets but I won't be watching after that game 6 bullshit.
