  1. Even worse when you zoom in
  2. (and now that I read the sentence again, it makes more sense)
  3. I stand corrected. That is nice.
  4. that quote is re: Hudson. Basically saying that Hudson would go to Texas is Samples goes to Texas. That doesn't seem like a huge stretch.
  5. He doesn't concern himself "passy the thing and do the touchdown."
  6. Opinions on PK aside, not all coaches are taking a position based on the current talent pool unless all else is equal between their options. Coaches take on improvement projects.
  7. the greatest defensive coordinator the whole worlds, that's who!
  8. Can't agree with that. That's a little wild.
  9. Pretty much. I've been on the fence about this one, but it is what it is. I'd lean toward him bringing in his own guys, but how many of those guys who he really wants is he gunna actually get? You'd maybe be better off moving on if you have a guy you really believe is an upgrade. Now, I also just can't bring myself to believe that there was some massive, one year regression in PK's defensive brain/brain period, which has kept me on the fence, as it sure as hell isn't from anything seen on the field. Sometimes when coaches don't have the preferred talent to do what they want to do, they overthink things and take risks that don't make much sense, instead of just dumbing down to the talent and playing it safe. If he's back around, hopefully he learned from that. Shit, there's a lot of "hoping" with this program right now. Shitting in the other hand, I guess. Fuck this
  10. They should take whichever one is going to pan out imo
  11. I seem to remember more angst over Shepherd on here than Johnson. Ya know, I’m not sure if that staff was in any position to turn down many highly rated OL recruits at the time, and honestly this staff probably isn’t either, but either way let’s hope whatever staff Sark’s moving forward with does a better job, regardless. Amen.
  12. Yah, but what you're missing is that the ole retroactive "maybe those were non-committable offers" card has been played. You've been had, Sir!
  13. Yah but he was assistant WRs coach at Texas so who cares. He's the number one recruiter in that conference, and can probably coach WRs.
  14. Ah. Good good. As I said ye$terday: there are way$ to get him out of DFW (well, one big one).
