But again, that's on her for creating the situation and surrounding herself with toxic and problematic people on the basis of their loyalty which led to bad electoral strategy, bad messaging, and one unforced error after another. She's a bad politician and she did everything she could to lose.
She actually got more popular votes than Trump and more primary votes than Obama. Will go with Nemesis justice; the woman who spent her life cheating the system got worked by the system, twice.

IF anything good comes out of a political argument on a sports board, it's that you can learn how you are perceived by people outside your radius.

that was the best one of the season. Finally Cheryl was trying.

People screaming, "all they have is obstruction" need to ask themselves (spoiler: they won't) why a completely innocent person would obstruct justice.
So you didn't steal the horse? Well you sure obstructed our work to frame you.

Did you pay any attention to Michael Cohen's testimony? Does it not give you pause that Cohen says Trump lied to Mueller and Mueller says Trump lied as well?
He fucking denied knowing about the Trump Tower meeting and subsequently ADMITTED KNOWING ABOUT THE MEETING PRIOR TO IT HAPPENING.
That's for starters.
There's also a lot of shady disconnected statements about Wikileaks.
But sure, Cohen and Mueller have nothing. It's all a nothingburger.
If you like your Cohen story you can keep it.

Come on. Mueller himself accused Trump of actual perjury 2 days ago. Do your own homework.
"The evidence proves Trump committee a crime."
What Evidence?
"It's in the evidence file."
That he did what?
"What the evidence says"
Says that he ___?
"Did what he did and therefore a criminal."
What was the crime?
"The one proven by the evidence, why are you too lazy to look up the evidence"
Rinse, Wash, Repeat.

Oh for fuck's sake. Let's start at the top -- one need not be under oath to commit a crime of lying to an official.
Yeah but that's quite a stretch to hop from perjury to lying to 'an official' and call it high crime or misdemeanor. You cannot name one President who never lied to someone in Washington.
BTW what statement are you talking about?

It's amazing how little Trumpkins know about history. Trump has equaled and exceeded every action that Clinton was impeached for -- not just perjury, but obstructing justice by coercing Monica Lewinsky to lie on his behalf. Sound familiar?
Trump testified under oath and denied an affair that everyone knew happened?

Impeachment tends to be based on evidence already collected (see Watergate tapes). It's not like a lawsuit where you commence discovery after you file suit, although you certainly can. In the best lawsuits, the plaintiff has sufficient evidence to prevail before they drop the complaint/petition. So too with the strongest impeachment strategy.
I rather seriously doubt that an impeachment committee would be sending subpoenas to Trump (maybe other people) to support their work. But yes, the subpoenas would be subject to court enforcement and the rather extreme vagaries thereof.
Impeachment is purely political, "evidence" is not necessary. Exhibit A the past two years Ds don't even pretend to care what the evidence showed.

Meanwhile, Louisville had Rick Petrino and Bobby Petrino coaching in an AD funded by the Papa John's guy.
Wonder what the ACC meetings are like now in re expansion.

There's really no reason why the GOR expiration will be some milestone or catalyst for realignment. If Texas wanted out of the B12 today, it would be nothing more than a negotiation, same as the "exit penalty" clauses that preceded it.
The truth is that Texas is in the B12 because the administration in 2009, 2010, and 2011 wanted Texas to remain in the B12. Years later in 2019, the chancellor, president, AD, and head football coach are all different. It's possible that the current Powers That Be feel differently. I don't see any real indications that they do, and due to the changing landscape of the revenue models for college athletics there's more reason now than ever, to stand pat where we are. But IF the Powers That Be at Texas decided tomorrow that the B12 wasn't the right conference for Texas, the GOR certainly wouldn't stop Texas from making a move.
That reminds me when NBC fired the Fox Blondie for saying something un PC, the NBC pres said he wasn't interested in a full buyout. A few months of lawyering and NBC had to buy her out with interest.

Is the Athletic going to sit there while Delaney respins the tale that they took Maryland because the BUG 'felt threatened' by . . . the University of Pittsburgh.

Nope, just pointing out that it was a feature/nationally released film. If the white people you know didn't see it or know about it you lived off the pretty beaten path. It's not an attack so stop with the Jesus on the cross act you like to play at whenever anyone posts something you don't like, and take it as some personal attack.
(SEE: the living under rock comment)
I remember thinking it was too long for a comedy but now see it's official 1:48.

Us and Kansas were in extreme peril, and I wouldn't be surprised if we reached out. But there was no way in hell given the landscape in those days that either of us were worthwhile additions to the Big 10. There was an old "insider" board on CycloneFanatic in those days, and some people with proven connections kept saying that if everything went to hell, we might be in better shape than people thought, and they kept hinting at Big 10 conversations, but at the end of the day I can't see it going very far for obvious reasons.
Boren seemed to be infatuated with academic prestige, and I wouldn't be surprised if he put something out there, but was likely rejected by others within OU, and they don't fit the Big 10 profile anyhow.
Aggy never had a lick of interest in the Big 10. No way in hell.
None of this ever got past a couple of casual phone calls in all likelihood. The only thing OU seriously looked at was the Pac, we know Aggy was working the SEC, and I think KU and us were just praying like hell things didn't go nuclear.
I am legitimately curious if those 'planned to' articles actually start with one guy musing in once in a room, or if they are 100% fiction.

Hypocrite. You're a Trump supporter. Don't pretend that doing things "by the book" is a standard you give two shits about. You don't like the message so you try to shoot the messenger. It's simple human psychology but something you should have grown out of by adulthood. But your orange overlord hasn't so why should we expect anything more from you?
If the Trump campaign wasn't consorting with Russian spies then Steele wouldn't have had anything to report on. If you interact with foreign spies then you should expect to get surveilled by the FBI. That's a good thing. Don't take the side of foreign spies.
I needed a good laugh before bed. You probably believe that Steele had a book with a chapter on when he must disappoint his patrons.

SIAP, but when is the US release date? All I've seen is UK.
Just came to ask this. Is it normal to not have the US release already planned? Isn't there some minimum number of days that must pass after the UK release?

And, from the ASU side, President Michael Crow has no interest in leaving the company of Stanford and other Pac-12 academic elites.
This kind of shit always cracks me up.
Do university presidents really believe that being in an athletic conference with a elite academic schools actually makes them elite, too? You're ARIZONA FUCKING STATE. People go there because there is a shit-ton of world-class trim, they let in anyone with a pulse, and Tempe is awesome. End of story.
Being in the Pac 12 doesn't put them in same academic neighborhood with Stanford any more than being in the Big 12 puts Oklahoma State in the same academic neighborhood as Texas.
This post is like 15 years obsolete.

It's the same creep they have been dealing with complaints/claims on, but they have a lot of them over there. The settlement will be in the hundreds of millions.
I noticed that Penn State and Michigan State scandals spawned years of outrage. However Ohio State and USC get covered in a footnote.
I guess the first two numbed us to this type of scandal.

you would have had a much more competitive Big8 with the rise of KSU and Mizzou. I suppose CR would have distorted it anyway.
