I wish I could say I came up with the plans myself, but I’m pretty much a wood working novice and not creative at all. I can, however, follow high level directions pretty well. Found the plans for $10 on some diy YouTube channel I can send you if interested.

Love the chairs.  What's the link?

So basically everything you know is "use lots and lots of water and chemicals on the lawn"

Mayor Adler apparently made another social distancing order this morning at 10:30a, but of course it's buried behind paywalls, and the City of Austin links aren't updated yet.

I know we're not allowed to talk about official municipal policy on here, and my love and adoration of Adler is so well documented on this site.

But anybody know the details?  It's insane to me we can't discuss shit like this on here anymore.

HEB didn’t have the big plate ribs. I grabbed these just to play around with.

    They are about 3/4” thick.

How long will they take to smoke at 275?

I’ve done these plenty of times and usually turn out great as long as there’s enough meat on there. Left rack looks a little thin. I use a reduced 3-2-1. Usually after about 2 I’ll check for color and if ready wrap in foil with butter on top. Back on for another 1-1 1/2 and they’re usually done. Be sure to let them rest and don’t use too much pepper because they’ll shrink up a lot.
Some of the best compliments I’ve received were when I was taking them to a party so didn’t get to rest long. Sliced and into a Tupperware were they sat for a bit. Damn near perfect.

We’re not big fans of HEB curbside p/u for a couple of reason, but the primary reason is that HEB frequently has outdated or nearly outdated food products mixed in with freshly stocked product.

Hopefully the curbside service will eliminate some of that as the HEB pickers pull items without checking the expiration dates. On the other hand I do feel bad for the customers that get home and discover that shit.

This shit will not stand. I’ve been checking every expiration date since I almost dumped a rancid bottle of onion juice into the blender for fried turkey injection. Almost a year past.
Seems to be happening more often I find expired shit or I just don’t notice before.
