  1. Can we bring Akina back now please. https://twitter.com/NashTalksTexas/status/1466156563916328964?t=szQ5tuM-BWDOARg3DoJTPQ&s=19
  2. That program just seems not to try. Either that or they just don't have money and try to pick coaches like they're shopping at the dollar store.
  3. Yes, but at a place like Texas you shouldn't say "well, 8 was about right so it's cool" especially when the coach pretty much wasted the most talented RB room Texas has ever had. Bijan should be going to NY to take home a bronze statue and play for a conference title. Now he can look back at his college career and the pinnacle was a fucking Alamo Bowl win. Him and Rojo deserve better and didn't get it because Sark was worried about hurting the mullet's feelings.
  4. You say that, but Texas fucked themselves out of 10. To have that expectation would've been dumb. But as the season played out, 10 wins was very achievable.
  5. Who started against tech? Clearly it was Card's 20/30 277 2/1 that lost that game. No chance it was the 6/8 4th down conversions the defense allowed.
  6. Bijan is 98 yards away from 4th on the list. What else does he need to do?
  7. Agreed, it'd be Earl, Ricky, Cedric, Bijan
  8. Schools that are in the lower tiers lol
  9. He's not physically soft. Doesn't seem to possess much leadership traits as say someone like a Roschon Johnson.
  10. Texas is the oil tycoon that tries to be Mr. Nice guy. Traylor, although seems like an awesome guy just isn't ready for a job the size of Texas. Hiring up and comers has put us where we are. They come in and start trying to run the program like they're still the disrespected small fry. Words like "rebuild, develop, time" Blah blah blah. Every other Big time coach/ program has shown that's complete bullshit. It's time to stop fucking around and go poach a proven winner and spend whatever it takes to get it done.
  11. Because those schools hire coaches that understand this challenge and coach those kids differently. Whereas Texas keeps hiring coaches as if they just took over at UTEP and the program needs to be built over years of recruiting until the perfect 22 are on the field. Which is why I know Sark isn't the guy.
  12. Exactly. People always say this as if boogie-men or curses are real. No, it's really fuckin simple. The challenges at Texas is for the most part you get the pick of the litter for recruits to build your program. The problem therein lies, you have to jilt a lot of kids that wanted to play for your school. When they end up at schools you're aligned with they circle the game and want to show you that stars aren't all that matter and when you line up on the gridiron you better bring it. We have players on the exact opposite side of the spectrum. Signing deals with Lamborghini and mustard. Making hundreds of thousands to be mediocre. The problem with the ultra talented a lot is times is they are soft. They dominated in high school on raw skills. When they get to this level and realize they can't do the same, this is where the softness kicks in. From what we've seen, very few put their head down and work. Most just transfer out of just never live up to the hype.
  13. He's sucked for 3 straight games. Why is anyone acting like he's been anything special at any point this season?
  14. Sark ain't it. I mean holy dumb fuck. Can the administration stop hiring these complete fucking retarded coaches.
  15. The one game TCU doesn't take out the starting QB.......
  16. This is the most dumb fuck offensive gameplan I've ever seen.
  17. Offensive players starting to get that dumb fuck look in their eyes like "who's gonna make a play and get us going?" Instead of being a killer and saying "I'm gonna go knock TCU's dick in the dirt because I'm the baddest mother fucker in the field."
  18. If Card isn't put in, Sark is straight up negligent.
  19. That deep ball to Worthy has to be less than 10% completion on the season.
  20. Not really. Obviously points are the most important thing, but efficiency is also high up the list. This defense isn't good and needs to be protected/helped. It's completely unreasonable to ask the offense for points every drive. However, it's not unreasonable to ask them for a few first downs and possibly flip the field. Sark has a major issue trying to run tempo all the time. With our second half woes it seems a healthy diet of intermediate passes (crosses, slants, outs, drags) to Whittington and Sanders. Mixed mixed a full on assault with Bijan and Rojo seems like a winning recipe. Snapping the ball with 20+ seconds on the play clock launching up low percentage completions is how double digit leads disappear fast....
