  1. This game is proof we should be in the playoffs
  2. Correct, as much as I want marquee match ups, I think the signal from the committee is to go out and schedule fun vacations for us rather than great helmets. Let's have a yearly away game at Hawaii and then perhaps a rotating travel schedule to Seattle, Portland (via Corvallis), and NOLA. Perhaps we try to convince Alaska Fairbanks to move up to DI FBS?
  3. Gunnar Helm is a TE not a Guard, silly.
  4. You're assuming that from the opponent's 40-45 we actually punt and pin them at the 10 most of these times instead of giving up a touchback. So for a 50/50 of continuing a scoring drive and advancing into scoring position you have a decent chance of putting them back...15-20 yards? Going for it is the right call. This isn't 1980
  5. I'm sure we pass more if Arch isn't throwing bouncing balls in the dirt or air mailing it to the next zip code
  6. For the people who listed the cons of offensive play calling, I have to seriously ask what you mean. This was 99% execution. Receivers were schemed open on just about every play. The passing plays in the red zone offered high percentage options and had the pass that got broken up been thrown on time it's an easy TD and we're praising Sark here
  7. Welp…some of my takes were clunkers
  8. That’s my favorite thing about Satya. Each individual line is some degree of true. Each individual line is successively less true most of the time, but only rarely veers off into abject falsehood. And yet through the most brilliant Eeyore-esque writing manages to be the most incorrect, bleating sour sop I’ve ever seen on this site. It must be like watching Rembrandt as a contemporary
  9. It should be sadness in abundance in normal parlance but with Ags who the fuck knows?
  10. Oh no doubt. Give me a choice between now and the Strong/Herman era? Pretty ducking easy
  11. I think NIL made it boring. We used to have a bunch of goofy stories that each some would sustain for us 10 pages at a time about an uncle doing some goofy shit. We would have Señor Lampkin failing Spanish to not come here. We had Bru McCoy's will he won't he. Now it's just open bidding
  12. And that guy, was none other than Albert Einstein The rate of people clapping vs what is claimed in stories is truly remarkable.
