Zaslav was such a fucking tick on the ass of WB. He was a pure finance goon who doesn't value creating art and original content, and only viewed the world as a means to secure tax breaks. Fuck him for destroying so many projects and shows, and straight up taking destroying dozens and dozens of IP's to harvest tax breaks.

Everything is Shit: Tracking the Great Enshittening

when my last HP printer died 4 or 5 years ago I bought one of those Epson InkTank printers and I've been really happy with it. Just fill 'er up with ink and paper and it prints. Definitely not photoprinter quality, but it prints game and show tickets and documents just fine. -
2021 - Is inflation finally back in the conversation?
Captainant replied to Reagan1k's topic in Business and Markets
Well, refusing to release the inflation data MUST mean only sunshine and dandelions right? -
put a yoke and throttle in there, and that would probably be a pretty serious flight sim too!

Markets still falling like whoa

Hey man, do you still care BIGLY about mortgage fraud? https://www.propublica.org/article/trump-mortgage-fraud-florida-principal-residences In 1993, Trump signed a mortgage for a “Bermuda style” home in Palm Beach, Florida, pledging that it would be his principal residence. Just seven weeks later, he got another mortgage for a seven-bedroom, marble-floored neighboring property, attesting that it too would be his principal residence. In reality, Trump, then a New Yorker, does not appear to have ever lived in either home, let alone used them as a principal residence. Instead, the two houses, which are next to his historic Mar-a-Lago estate, were used as investment properties and rented out, according to contemporaneous news accounts and an interview with his longtime real estate agent — exactly the sort of scenario his administration has pointed to as evidence of fraud. ... Mortgage law experts who reviewed the records for ProPublica were struck by the irony of Trump’s dual mortgages. They said claiming primary residences on different mortgages at the same time, as Trump did, is often legal and rarely prosecuted. But Trump’s two loans, they said, exceed the low bar the Trump administration itself has set for mortgage fraud. ... Bill Pulte, the Federal Housing Finance Agency director who has led the charge, said earlier this year: “If somebody is claiming two primary residences, that is not appropriate, and we will refer it for criminal investigation.” -
Yeah maybe putting a failed AD in as the chairman wasn't the best idea? Arkansas has lost 2/3rd of their games since he took over

There was a pretty awesome failure of those a couple days ago - the remote operator removed their headset and the robot copied the movement and turned off and fell over lmfao jkwyhkdzny5g1CMAF_480.mp4 Edit: It's from this Blue sky skeet https://bsky.app/profile/jjvincent.bsky.social/post/3m7hps4h2x22r

Holy shit you dipshits: 9-3 Texas is probably in the playoffs
Captainant replied to Wulaw Horn's topic in Football
Just as bad or worse - bama shouldn't have been in the playoff if Texas wasn't. And the Hoosiers are a bottom 50% roster on paper - but they just beat Ohio State and claimed the undisputed #1 overall in the country. It's not just about the talent, it's about the coaching and the playcalling. Sark's failure to gameplan for UF was THE killing blow for our chances at competing for a title this year. A top whatever roster doesn't make a shit, it's about how the team actually performs on the field. And UF was a dogshit team this year, that beat a very VERY mismanaged Texas team this year. Sark laid down and phoned that game in. This is the consequence of his failure. 9-3 is not a bad record, all things considered. Unless you care about playing for national championships. -

Still shouldn't be getting deep dicked by a dogshit 4-8 team. The OSU game was scheduled a decade ago and the team didn't have control over playing OSU. Sark and the team did have control over shitting the bed against Florida and then getting styled on by Georgia. The Florida loss was horrible and bad, on the same scale as the fucking Kansas loss a few years ago. Inexcusable for any team that claims to be champion caliber -
