Oh for fuck’s sake. I don’t know why I expected anything different from Herman. All of us are clearly the assholes for thinking CDC would be involved at a level where he’d stop this shit.

Not mad bro. Just tired of those fuckers lucking into decent players.    This may or may not be another example, guess we will wait and see.  I’d rather them have nothing but 3*s and lose every game in perpetuity until they just shut down the entire thing and fuck sheep for fun. I am looking forward to KKL walking back all that shit she talked last few weeks, tho.   Back to my hole, apologies to the contributors for shitting up the board.

What part of not winning a conference championship in the last 20+ years and not winning a national championship in 80 years worries you about Evans attending aggy? They’re the definition of perpetual mediocrity.

You lost your OC to Buttgers

And OSU's offense will keep rolling, especially if Chuba comes back with Wallace already set to return. OSU is gonna be fine. Doesn't mean we aren't kicking their ass next year.

Aw darn. I'm sure he'll be happy to respond when DevDuv gets picked before Quartney Davis

Fucking WANK. The SEC bullshit is tired and old. Fuck that conference and fuck the mouth breathing fuckfaces that do their level best to perpetuate the myth that the SEC is better than anywhere else.

Jerry has shown his abilities as a business manager. He is a showman who knows have to deliver an entertaining product. But he lacks the ability to act as a successful General Manager. His belief that the strengths of others will somehow overcome his weaknesses as a GM and magically create a winning organization is laughable.

Throughout the Cowboys there is a laughable lack of accountability. Those increasingly closer to Jerry's inner circle are increasingly exempt from being called out for their incompetence. This problem permeates the entire Cowboys organization. By Jerry making it abundantly clear that "certain people" will never lose their positions, regardless of how incompetent they have proven to be, the entire Cowboys organization has realized the priority is to curry favor with Jerry (or Stephen, or Charlotte, etc). Period.

Because proximity to Jerry and his PR machine is important to the sports press who cover the Cowboys organization, the members of the press fully understand there are truths that cannot be openly discussed. One of those truths is that the Cowboys organization doesn't have the "best and the brightest" running their organization. Not even close.

Eventually, one of the press who covers the organization will find themself out the outside looking in and will start telling harsh truths about the problems and culture that hold the team back from being a top team in the NFL. When/if that happens, the backstabbing throughout the organization will be epic. The problems are unquestionably cultural and very deep-seated.

Personally, I think the first step would be for Jerry to step aside and bring Aikman in as GM. Not that I think Aikman is a transcendent GM, but because I believe he is one of the few people who both understands the cultural problems besetting the organization and can push back against Jerry without concerns about his job.

There is simply an extreme dearth of intellectual firepower throughout the Cowboys organization and some serious changes are needed. But there is little hope Jerry wants to win badly enough to be willing to make the changes that are needed.

Hey Denver did pretty good bringing Elway in as a GM, why not bring Aikman to the Cowboys! - Randy Duke

This is fucking stupid and I think you know it.

I'm OK with Kendal Briles if the offense works, I don't blame him for sins of the father.

What about that time he asked a black recruit (Shawn Robinson) in front of his father if he liked white girls? What about when he added that “Baylor has plenty and they love football players?” Sins of the father notwithstanding, fuck baby Briles and anyone associated.

Yes logic is firing a coach after year three that already has a Sugar Bowl under his belt. We’re seriously the dumbest fanbase in CFB. Herbie was right. What coach is gonna want to coach here and put up with our fans?

We all understand and enjoyed the Sugar Bowl win. The mountain of evidence to suggest that Tom Herman is not the guy still exists. These two things can coexist.

This seems a bit cumbersome to put up on the side of their stadium but I’m sure they’ll find a way because, you know, Aggie engineering.

I'm sure this won't be EXTREMELY embarrassing for the SEC on Jan 2nd.

OU will cake walk the rest of the big 12 as all the other schools lay over for them.  It's up to Texas win out and stop them in Arlington.

This is the worst fucking thing about losing this game. Every team in the conference gets up to play Texas and just rolls over for ousux. After ousux steamrolls the rest of their schedule, they go to the playoff and get crapped on. Rinse, repeat.

Stealing signals is a part of college football. Literally dozens of articles have been written about it in the past two years, including very recent developments where teams pull out curtains for players and coaches to hide behind to prevent signal stealing. Backup QBs have been on headsets since the invention of headsets. But despite all of these things, mean ole' Arkansas is cheating by stealing signals, nevermind the fact that Fisher and aTm did NONE of the things that coaches do to prevent stealing, such as changing signals, changing/utilizing sideline picture boards, or even hiding in fucking tent forts.

Sounds like aTm is fucking stupid and loves playing the victim while not doing the bare minimum of work to prevent other teams from walking in and running train on their wife...wait, nevermind.

But wait! Not only is Lucci playing the victim, he’s suggesting that Clemson is proactively reaching out to teams on aggy’s schedule to share the stolen signals ahead of their games against them. The fucking complex on these people is astonishing.

Why would he not be indefinitely suspended, starting immediately? The fuck is up with the NFL man? How do they fuck up such an easy thing?

I’m assuming because this is a civil issue and not a criminal one. A few posts above says the alleged incidents are past the statute of limitations. Not saying the NFL isn’t fucking it up here, but creeping over into the realm of suspending players for allegations that won’t be criminally investigated and are only in civil court is a slippery slope.

Everyone is focused on deals and commercials with local businesses. How bout just the ability to have a youtube page or a podcast where you don't have to worry about affecting your eligibility if you make 2 bucks off of it.

This - someone else above brought up the example of the kicker that had to quit to continue his YouTube channel. It's ridiculous to even think that the NCAA could tell someone who's independently successful from something like a YouTube channel can't profit from that while playing football for a university. Your association with a school like Alabama or Texas MIGHT gain you more views, but if you're not using the school's or the NCAA's logos, etc why can't you continue to profit from it?
