We aren’t winning the Big 12.

Fuck this shit ass attitude. Burrow would be in the top tier of Big 12 QBs this year. That’s a damn good team with significantly more talent than anyone not named OU as far as the rest of our schedule. We’re fucking mud-holing the rest of the schedule all the way to the god damn playoff where Sam will shit right down Sling Blade’s throat.

If the UT defense knows the LSU offense i.e. spread? why has it had such trouble stopping such offenses in the big xii?  I think your claims are laughable.

Because the Big 12 has perfected the use of the spread over the course of the last 20 years, with each individual coach having their own wrinkles - as opposed to LSU waking up last offseason and deciding to join the rest of the football world and use a "spread" offense with players not recruited for it.

Your right. But Herman will make out with you. Can’t deny it.

Don't give a shit about your ridiculous football takes because whatever, it's what opposing fans do. However, the continued incorrect usage/spelling of "your" instead of "you're" will not fucking stand man. Negged.

I don't hate the schools in the SEC...well ok I hate a few of them...but not for that reason.

I hate the way the SEC suckfest is regionalizing and ruining College Football, which is a national sport and should be covered and talked about that way.

This is correct. It’s not really about hating the SEC but the bullshit surrounding it. Any chance to shit on that perception should be thoroughly relished.

Just finished the Wheel of Time. Was a fun series but now i have no idea what to read. Suggestions?

I really enjoyed Malazan Book of the Fallen by Steven Erikson. A lot of likable characters and a unique system of "magic" make it really interesting.

  7. I still can't get over the fact that there's serious discussion around whether or not they beat Clemson. Obviously nothing is out of the question in CFB but that game seems like the least likely of the 4 mentioned to result in a W for aggy. I'd put Georgia as most likely, but even that's a slim chance.

  8. I would assume that there would at least be a comment about a "medical issue" keeping him from practice, rather than USC coaches/officials saying nothing. I lean more toward entitlement, etc than mental illness at this point but I'll also acknowledge that I'm not connected in any way to either Texas or USC so I wouldn't know.

The NFL is going to look like the Big 12 sooner rather than later.  Baker Mayfield just opened the preseason with a "hurry up" two minute drill in the first preseason game.  Cleveland marched down the field for a quick score.  Riley--he gone.  Kliff will start the trend, then Riley and Leach for the lulz.

Leach in the NFL would be a blast to watch.

If you're a 5A or 6A head football coach, you aren't teaching classes.  Unless you're just in a really broke district.

If you're in a district with multiple high schools you'll probably be the "athletic coordinator" at your school which is just a middle man between coaches and ADs. You basically go to other sports games and gather some decisions.

I actually know girls basketball coaches that don't have to teach classes. Some competitive football schools don't even have OC/DCs teach classes

Even at smaller/lower income school districts, a lot of the coaches just coach other sports rather than teach classes. The OC at the HS I attended a while back coached football and had two periods of baseball "offseason" classes for anyone who didn't play football to attend to prep for baseball all year. He was also the head baseball coach. The head coach was "Athletic Director" and in charge of all sports for both sexes.

Yeah because a team progressively getting better after losing game 1 of the season to winning the fucking SUGAR BOWL against the SECSECSEC isn't a likely scenario. I read and hear the shit aggy says every single year but the stupidity never ceases to amaze me.

So mis-characterizing an antiquated list of "blue blood" CFB programs that everyone with an IQ over room temperature knows if outdated equates to posting ignorant shit that negatively impacts "us"?

No, you're just being a whiny bitch and validating the stereotype of thin-skinned, obnoxious Texas fans.  Blue-blood or not, GA is a top program.  That's my fucking point.  Any list including the burned out shell of a program formally known as Nebraska needs to be taken with a grain of salt.  They are done.  They are not coming back.  There is no "horizon" for them.

As stated, GA has ALWAYS recruited well.  With Richt, and after.  Are they clean?  We all know the answer to that.  But let's not keep fucking that chicken that the only way they're getting players is with cash-filled envelopes.

I don't think you're understanding what blueblood means in this context. I stopped reading after that.

Kary Vincent in 2017.  LSU sent him to visit the same weekend as Chaisson.  He was in his ear the entire time recruiting for LSU during his visit to Texas.

Right, I guess I should clarify. My interpretation was that there was an implication it would be orchestrated by aggy to “counter momentum.” I have no doubt that players negative recruit schools on their own.
