My wife has a commercial office building she’s selling. It’s leased NNN but taxes and insurance still are crazy. Add rate resets and it’s time to pivot. We likely won’t be immune from the same issues but we are migrating to warehouse space in another market.

Yeah we have a client that is selling on an acre in Cedar Park as well. He’s just getting out in general though.

Need new windows and a guy for Power was going door to door. Let him give me a quote and a sales pitch. It was 46k, which is quite a bit more than I was expecting. It’s a single story house in the burbs and that just seems like overkill relative to the value of the home.

No idea what he paid but my neighbor had window world do his a while back and he was happy with them. I was planning on calling them but this thread has given me pause. Has anybody else had experience with them over the last few years?

Open to any other recs yall have.

DM sent.  We can definitely help out in the Central Texas area.

So it looks like in the history of baseball, only 1 team (2019 nats) has been 10 games under .500 over 20 games deep into a season and went on to win the WS. Just putting that out there.

I had no problem with Pierce woofing about the need for a review.  I think he's an idiot for continuing after getting tossed.  He damn well should know the possible consequence of doing so.

He was also getting Aaron Boone’s money worth. Forethought.

I just received a pre-completed mortgage application from Chase Home Lending via UPS today. However, it’s in the name of one of the prior homeowners and I obliviously didn’t request it.

I’ve owned this home for over a decade and assume someone is trying to commit fraud here.

I looked up the Chase mortgage broker online and just left a voicemail that this is fraud.

    Anything else I should do?

May also want to let your current lien holder know in case they received a payoff request

I was meaning to ask about their pizza, so thanks for the Pequods rec. I’ll do that tomorrow. Thinking about getting a burger for lunch today. Stayed in Gold Coast last night and moving hotels later today to the one across from wrigley. Any burger recommendations on top of Billy goat tavern would be appreciated.

Au Cheval is another big name/good one. Definitely a fancy burger especially compared to BGT

  9. I think it was that no one called it immediately on the field. Stevie Wonder could have seen it hit him, but it not being called on the field, then 3 min goes by because they fucked up, then decide yes it was touched, then no replay to confirm was the jumping off point. It wasn’t that everyone knows it was touched, it was the piss poor way it was handled.

I posted earlier but bought one for my son when he was 7 years old and has been one of the best training aids I've made. He still uses it, so much that when he's in the on deck circle he uses it to prep for his AB. I am obviously biased but I think he has smooth swing, the rope bat helps reinforce good habits. Never too young to start building good habits, IMO.

We played this weekend, moved up from AA to AAA at BBUSA.  didn't know how the boys would handle the bump up We blew a 4 run lead in the bottom half and lost in extras.
