She suffered Multiple Organ Dysfunction or MODS (not to be confused with SCMODS, Elwood), most likely due to septic shock caused by a bowel impaction. Depending on the scarring her liver suffered will affect its ability to heal itself or necessitate a replacement.
Is Ozempic hepatotoxic and renal toxic? Absolutely not. Did Ozempic contribute to her issue by causing her to be constipated? Good chance. Did she exacerbate the mole hill into Mt. Kilimanjaro via ignorance and stubbornness? Very good chance. -

At least in my case, I had a lot of acid reflux and burped a lot. Maybe she was just smelling the burps?
Then it’s not the fault of ozempic as much as it is of the person that keeps nasty ass friends that feel it’s acceptable to burp in your face?- 1

I definitely "taste" fish in my burps if I ever have a fish oil supplement, and I fucking hate it. Maybe thats what they mean by "stomach contents"
As do I, but air doesnt passively move in and out of the stomach. Thank your epiglottis for that. The only way that you can smell someone’s stomach contents is if they burp in your face or they’ve lost vagal tone due to being dead. -
I’m inside HEB. Not only are they open, but I might be one of three people in here. Can we do this eclipse thing again next week?!
-
Never heard of this
Because it’s not even remotely possible. The causes of bad breath have zero to do with stomach contents. Nevermind the fact that the epiglottis doesn’t function that way. Can and do medications cause bad breath? Absolutely, but that’s not how. -
We're shutting down the pharmacy for an hour around the eclipse and taking bets on how many missed calls we get around totality. I'm betting we get at least 2 or 3. Believe it or not there are people in DFW who have no idea a total solar eclipse is happening today
There are a lot more than just don’t give a shit about it either. I would know -
I'm confused. Are we supposed to be mean or not?

So, is today the day? Or is it tomorrow?
When do we eat the birds?
Is Derka just a Hitby sock? -
There’s definitely some mental aspect to this too.
Everyone I know that is taking it currently has some major mood swings and having erratic behavior. It’s to the point where some people we keep at an arms length away because the behavior is so unpredictable and not worth the headaches.
Were they already unpleasant to be around at times beforehand? I have a theory that it’s a lot like the supposed “roid rage” that some people believe in (much like the Easter bunny, it’s not real). They don’t make you something you’re not, but they can absolute amplify pre-existing behaviors/characteristics. -
Good work kid

I’ve seen more Kaisersoze posts in this thread than I’ve seen in the last five years combined.

From a pragmatic perspective, we'd better hope that Ukraine can hold out for the very issue mentioned above. At this point, both Ukraine and Russia likely have the largest arsenals and more experience using UAVs in modern warfare than any other nation on Earth. At a minimum, we want Ukraine to remain viable so they can share their knowledge of drone warfare with us because, as dumb as the Russians are, they'll know how to use them better than our NATO allies and us.
Given the glaring failures of our governmental agencies at various points in the last three decades I’m not sure if you should take solace or sorrow in this, but our government is extremely aware and extremely capable of defense against UAV’s as well as using them in an offensive posture.- 2

No, thank you. I'm not sure whether new construction in NYC has all those earthquake protections, but I'm pretty dang sure most of the older skyscrapers don't. And I certainly wouldn't want to be in one of those already wobbly super-skinnies.
Almost every building under construction or being renovated that we walked by had at least a handful of workers taking a smoke break on the sidewalk, and I’m not talking about cigarettes. Couple that with the sheer size of NYC and the general incompetence of normal size city code inspection offices and I have little faith in these buildings new and old.- 1
