Yes, you can cut tree limbs that encroach over your property line. I had that issue several years ago when I built a pool. I didn’t want the extra leaves falling into the pool. I talked to the neighbor first and, as luck would have it, he said he had been considering taking the tree out completely. I chipped in on the cost and it was win/win. I would talk to your neighbor first. Assuming he likes the tree, there’s a better way to trim it vs just cutting the branches at the property line, but you probably have to access the tree from his property.
I tried talking to him. I tried having it done on my dime after he or his arborist sat around all summer. I even tried having a handyman play dumb and get as much done before they came out yelling at him. I'm trying to be a good neighbor but this idiot is in love with his fucking tree.

If he had cut back anything over his property would that have been legal? Would that have killed the trees? Asking for myself as well because I would like to kill a tree that is based on my neighbor's property but ruins my pool enjoyment.

We have a cutco spatula/sandwich spreader knife from the 90s that I will cry about when it finally breaks. Some people swear by their steak knives and the kitchen shears.

Thankfully Houston still has neighborhoods like Tanglewood, River Oaks, Boulevard Oaks, Kingwood and the good parts of Spring Branch with enough voters who lean Republican to prevent Shejack Lee from ever getting elected.
I take it you live in Kingwood?

Recommend me a knife block under $500. Full package, separates, starter pieces, whatever..
Mixed set of Victorinox Forschner that fit your needs. You can even get some of them with wood handles. I keep mine in a drawer with a divider insert. I hone regularly then get them sharpened at a farmers market when needed.

What a bloviating way to admit you’re full of shit.
Cite the examples, Annie.
Saw VI clearly had an underlying message about healthcare reform. There are numerous examples of Jigsaw bemoaning the lack of morals wrt insurance companies and big business.

Checking in almost a year later from when I started changing my routine and eating habits. Flu also got me for the last two weeks, so this is definitely as low as I want to go. Down to 157 as of this morning. Started this last Christmas morning at 211. I need to be around 165. I need to lift more and maybe run a little less. My ass is gone, bring on the squats.

Bobby said this AM that Texas has been in contact with a WR who hasn't been linked to Texas yet (not Burks or Wells). They're also looking for a "disruptor" on D.

On the Kirb is an option that I have used a few times this year. On the smaller side though.

On a video either this morning or last night the IT guys mentioned that Jelani McDonald will most likely work at safety and Gideon "won" the fight for his position.
McDonald is already showing flashes of elite shit-talking. Hoping it works out for that dude.

Yep.
Fire tablets are not nearly as addictive as iPads because the OS is not nearly as user friendly. My kids get bored with their tablets, but they scratch the itch of killing boredom with kids educational games and videos. We ban YouTube altogether and they only get YouTube kids when we’re eating at a restaurant (and they’re done with their dinner). I have never even figured out the Fire OS and when my kids ask for help with it I tell them to figure it out themselves or do something else. The fact that they cost 1/4 as much as iPads is just gravy.
I am tentatively planning to get an iPad for my kids when they turn 10 but that is the earliest. I would prefer to wait until middle school or to never get them one at all. It would not surprise me if we looked back on the screen time and social media epidemics and saw the consequences were worse than if we’d let our kids smoke cigarettes at that age.
We got an ipad prior for a long flight around 4yo. Used it about a week later for a 4-5 hour car ride. One of us let the kid use it too often after that and it was a real bitch getting that hook out of her. Wish we had never bought it. I've got some nephews that are handed those things at every meal. The dinners are more relaxing for us when they have them, but those little dudes are different after getting that fix.

I'll never understand editing in Hollywood. In the theatrical cut you mentioned, they cut out some completely essential stuff as far as the plot's concerned, specifically: how does a poor blacksmith in France immediately turn into an expert siege engineer?
They completely altered and therefore destroyed the plot of I Am Legend in the same way.
I had done a really good job of forgetting about that piece of shit until recently.

If we see a 4yo buck, it is going down. Everytime I let deer walk they get shot by the neighbors.
It’s a shitty dilemma. Once you start getting into shooting 4 year olds, you become the neighbor that shoots everything before they can grow old.
@hookemATL I also think that deer is 4.5. Definitely not younger, possibly 5.5 but probably not.
