No, see, it's obvious, sheeple, Mel's just going to make it clear: Ukrainian jewish nazis are trafficking white christian children so that Tom Hanks can drink their blood, but Putin -- the savior of christianity and our culture -- saw what was happening, and bravely sent in Russian troops to save those children and to save all of christendom.  Also, Hunter Biden's enormous dong Burisma something something.

I tried the Google lens search and it didn't come back with anything helpful. It's a pin from a pair of Sony emoji442.png which holds the right ear speaker in place connecting it to the band. Unlike a watch pin the slim part does not compress. It's one solid piece.

I can probably make it for you if you come up empty.

  4. 2 months down. Biggest stretch by far since late high school I’d guess. Feels good. Health is better. Still tired as hell in the mornings. Kind of miss the hangovers to be honest. Thanks to the guys on this thread for keeping it going.

I hate that my father never got to type out such a sentence. He would have loved this new world.

I use a treadmill at the gym when I go to lift, but I don’t use it for an hour at a time. I think, maybe, if I could keep my pace at around 13:00 for the hour, that might work. But I get distracted focusing on Spanish.

Similar to what @PantsTent wrote, I’ve considered jogging at an appropriate speed for maybe the first quarter mile to kickstart my heart — yes, that’s the reference you think it is — and see if I can keep it higher if it starts higher. Maybe I should try that at each mile until my watch says my heart is going to pop, but that’s basically how I ended up completing the “Couch to 10 K” just do I could freaking say I did it.

I think, though, it’s going to come down to ditching the Spanish while I’m trying to walk faster — no me gusta nada — or jogging or wearing the weighted vest. Probably, as much as I hate it, it will be the jogging because my center of gravity is already pretty high and the vest only makes it worse. Sigh.

    Thanks for the input, y’all.

Have you tried bumping up the incline or did I miss that?

What was that cooler/boiling water trick someone used? They were driving to Dallas, picked up a frozen brisket from Franklin, and they put boiling water in their cooler.

Just throwing out an alternative if supplies are limited.

It was Daniel Vaughn. I think it was exactly how you described and worked great for him.

That’s pretty much the long and the short of it. And some people just want to sit back with a beer after a long day and turn their minds off and be entertained, and that’s fine too and entertainment can be that for some, but others don’t have the idleness and time and don’t want to waste any on average art, and that’s fine too.

I’m more of a sunk cost fallacy guy so I’m gonna watch this baby until the end— there are 5 episodes left and there have been more episodes in S3 that were better than all of S2, so they’ve earned my pot-commitment even if it’s a shadow of S1.

it would've been sooooooo much better for them if he was outside his lane, checking the gun "for safety purposes" and it went off and killed/injured someone.  we never would've heard the end of "you see, the way it works on a film set, is that only person who handles the blah blah stupid libs".

In that situation I definitely would have been fine with them throwing the book at him. These were dumb charges.

During a commercial break in The Hard Line I flipped it over to The Freak yesterday as I left the office to head to a work HH. Rhynes was going through his (presumably) Top 10 list of beans. Absolutely riveting. (The only thing entertaining in that stretch were drops played by Shoopy.)

I was curious on the rankings and found the podcast of it so nobody else has to.

    10. Garbanzo (Ryhner says he doesn't like Hummus, but then says he's never actually tried it)
    9. Cannellini beans (another he has never tried)
    8. Edamame (never tried this one either. Later decides he has had them.)
    7. Black bean (he doesn't care for these...I have no idea how this ranking system works)
    6. Green lima beans
    5. Pinto beans
    4. Butter beans
    3. Navy bean
    2. Black eyed peas
    1. Red bean

Can't believe I wasted 15 minutes on that pile of shit. My own fault.
