Lotta folks in here needed a beer last night. Heaven forbid we have a home field advantage in any sport.

Apparently he banged a married chick which caused the married chick's husband to murder their two sons and then burn his own house down with himself and the two dead sons inside. It was discussed on one of the threads last week; not sure if true or not.
“UF’s head baseball coach Kevin O’Sullivan will be one of the guest speakers, along with former head football coach Will Muschamp and former Major League Baseball player Gary Sheffield.”
He wouldn’t be speaking at the memorial if this was true

Session Pass?
Yes, 2 tickets for all 7 games

I’ve got an extra pair in section 8 if anyone wants them. Face value
-
Best turn of the year right there
-
Really impressive camera angles

Think that's the second time this year that we've been able to score from 1st on a ball that hits that raised section of wall between the foul pole and the away pen and avoids the GR double

Haven't seen or heard anything regarding additional softball tickets when the regional starts in 2 days. Of the 16 regionals, Bama, UK, UW, UCLA, ASU, and us haven't announced full capacity yet. Our softball regional sold out 50% in about 5 mins so if we were going to release additional tickets for an event that starts Friday, I assume it would've happened already.
I can't imagine we'd follow different protocols for baseball vs softball. Basically, don't get your hopes up that we're going beyond 50%.

we need to hurry and add a bunch of bleachers down the left field line, use aggy size seating lines(or smaller), and recount our "capacity".
CDC has repeatedly shown this spring that he has no interest in facilitating a home field advantage for the best Big 3 team we’ve had in over a decade. Truly dumbfounding

Yeah tejas buddy I love ya but that was....not the smartest comment. Has Pierce always coached 3rd? Wouldn’t mind putting Allen over there next year. Or this weekend. Either/or
Post KSU series L in 2019, after which we lost the final 4 conference series’ of the year

I’m sure it’s immaterial, but a no contest keeps a horrid Q4 team off our SOS.

Todd sounds frustrated with the lack of fans this year. Can’t blame him, the team deserves much more. AD needs to market the WV games and allow online purchases

Pierce you fucking dweeb

Wicks could beat TCU, so I do hold out some hope for KSU taking one of those games.
Think KSU’s best chance for a W is on Sunday with TCU’s unsettled starter situation there. Looks like Wicks got demoted to Saturday last weekend vs BU, but their new Friday guy got absolutely battered so maybe Wicks moves back

Nixon's inside slider to lefties is absolutely gorgeous

Honestly, it doesn't even matter that UT will be one game out of first. This series is going to do wonders for the Horns RPI status for the postseason. Fuck the roaches!
https://www.warrennolan.com/baseball/2021/rpi-predict
This site puts our projected RPI at #4 under the assumption we sweep WV. Currently at #5.

Even the lefties floundering vs Pete. 69 pitches through 5

Just for the record Kennedy’s average is higher than Antico’s. And Faltines. He’s 1 out 4 official at bats in getting hits. But he trails em both in slugging and obp. There have been year’s in the past in which that wasn’t the worst in the starting lineup.
He’s hit .300 before so I’d assume he’s got it in him to do it again. But at least he has speed and defense to bring to the game like you said.
I suppose my ultimate point is that he’s playing below what he’s shown in the past. If he could get back to .280 that would be helpful to finish out the season. In conference:
EK: .205
Faltine: .258
Antico: .274
Infield hits in midweek games aren’t relevant to ABs in today game. Kennedy’s hit today was his first in his last 9 conference games.

Bring in Gieb to hit in the 9th? He is probably due.
5.000 OPS with 4 PAs

12 pitches for Cole. Should be good for more tomorrow

First, I don’t agree. Second, comparing a super regional versus a conference game is hilarious.
Goal posts moving a lot here, eh?

Kennedy is the living embodiment of " overmatched ať the plate "
I don’t see the point in replacing an overmatched hitter with another overmatched bat that never sees top arms, is slower, and a worse fielder.

Porter and Campbell would be overmatched at the plate and a downgrade on defense. Feels like Stehly could hold his own in left. Pierce is obsessed with speed too.
Does anybody know the asshole with the horn/buzzer?

They’re good fans, but they love the smell of their farts way too much. I’m not defending them, just laughing at the holier than thou UT stereotypes
