  8. that makes much more sense , that or 8 byes i guess but that would mean less $$ could also probably do some other smaller weird variations but i dont think any team wants to be out of play for that long and get rusty . i think they set it up so that its 1 vs 16 or something for an 'easy road' round 1 > 16 vs 1 15 vs 2 14 vs 3 13 vs 4 12 vs 5 11 vs 6 10 vs 7 9 vs 8 round 2 > 8 vs 1 7 vs 2 6 vs 3 5 vs 4 quater finals > 1 vs 4 2 vs 3 finals > 1 vs 2
  9. 12 with top 4 byes the math checks out , but someone's going to have to show me some math how we can have a 16 playoff with 4 teams having a bye Round 1 - top 4 bye 16 vs 8 15 vs 7 14 vs 6 13 vs 5 12 vs 9 11 vs 10 Round 2 - assuming top seeds win for ease of example thats 10 teams to continue on 10 vs 1 9 vs 2 8 vs 3 7 vs 4 6 vs 5 Round 3 - that leaves 5 teams wtf

  17. its eerie how close these situations rhyme , the main difference is the OU AD didn't have to get on an emergency plane trip to hire his G5 OC

  19. i can only speak to how it worked 20 years ago : No also if you take classes at ACC while already enrolled at UT , the ACC credits transfer in but the GPA does not. I may or may not have taken advantage of this
  20. on one hand its hard for me to follow the stupid logic spouted in that interview, on the other i've seen the dallas cowboys mismanage everything for 30 years now i'm sure the truth is somewhere in between
