My issue with it and so many of these calls in football and basketball, the foul or flag was only called after the ref looked at the result of the play. See it in basketball all the time. They see a foul but want to see if the player will make the basket. They don't and then call the foul way late.

Ref didn't take the flag out until the ball hit the ground and play was all over. Guarantee he doesn't throw it if he catches it.

Eh, that wasn’t your issue at the time based on your post in the moment. Aside from that, So what? It was 100% a correct call, DPI.

    Simmons with another sack!

    NS moving the ball now.

  2. At half of NS/Duncanville game Bally showed the wide angle shot (field level behind QB) of the DPI in the PNG/SOC game, 100% PI. Defender pulled on and turned the WR as he was coming out of his break, ball was in the air.

    Legitimate DPI

Devin Sanchez vs Dakorien Moore show about to start, 5 star vs 5 star. Moore’s going to be a complete non-factor today, Sanchez shut him down last year and he’s about to do it again.

Congratulations Dakorien Moore on 257 yards and 4 TDs today.

Let it be known that Sanchez did not give up that TD to Moore.

    I checked. It still counts

i can’t help but notice that everyone draymond targets (lebron, kawhi, harden, gobert, adams, nurkic, sabonis, etc) are all on the list of “guys least likely to hit back.”

    He’s a bully.

Harden went back at him at least. I keep hoping he tries it (or accidentally hits) someone with no more fucks to give who will give it back and put him in his place.

  6. Watching the tech game again. On Texas 1st TD (swing pass to 7), Mitchell absolutely blocks the fuck out of his man.

Ive given him a LOT of (imo deserved) grief for being a bad blocker, but maybe this is a sign he’s starting to understand what’s being asked. Very nice to see.

One of the earliest aggie jokes I remember:

Q: What’s the best thing that ever came out of College Station?
    A: Highway 6.

How does Aggy find sheep in the tall grass?

In 2018 Texas A&M declined to schedule Texas in non-conference games for 2022 and 2023 because their schedule was full. They chose to play (lose to) Appalachian State and Louisiana-Monroe instead of playing Texas. Texas instead scheduled Alabama. Texas beat Alabama in Tuscaloosa in 2023 which is the reason Texas is in the playoff. Texas A&M's cowardice (and pathological need to make every decision based on how it would affect Texas and public perception that they're UT's little brother) is why Texas made the College Football Playoff.

In 2021 Texas A&M leaked the news that Texas and Oklahoma were going to join the SEC in an effort to sabotage the move. They thought that they had enough stroke to prevent the move by making it public and reminding the world of the so-called gentlemen's agreement. They leaked this before the various conference commissioners met to vote on the start of the 12-team playoff. Alarmed by this move that further shifted the power between conferences, the Big 10, Pac-12, and ACC formed an alliance and voted against starting the 12-team playoff in 2023. It would later be approved to start in 2024. Texas A&M's cowardice (and pathological need to make every decision based on how it would affect Texas and public perception that they're UT's little brother) is why Florida State (and Georgia, and Ohio State, etc.) did not make the College Football Playoff.

Literally everything they're complaining about is their fault.
