haha yeah. The other two legs are attached to those large metal garden bracket things. When I moved the feeder not long ago I bent the third bracket, and was too tired to go buy a new one and come back. It's good! I promise! That third leg sunk in after a damn heavy rain. Same day I got stuck in my Tundra for a little while. Took me forever to get out. hahahah. Oh, and I am near Tyler.

Hard to see in this photo, but had these three young bucks on my camera the other day. These are what? 2.5? They definitely have potential if they make it. And yeah, I have some mowing to do.

Only thing I can think of: Are you taking the snap and moving directly back with the QB? Usually the throw is "off balance" since you are moving backwards. If that makes sense. you can't take the snap, stand there and get it off. The OL is moving out of the way too quickly. Gotta run backwards immediately. I played last night and was thinking about this thread. Used the screen a few times and had about the same level of success. Better teams are more likely to shut it down though.

I don't think I have perfected it, but it has been working for me: Keep in mind, I am usually starting dynasties with 3* or worse teams, so not much experience with recruiting with more dominant teams. Let's say I have 8-10 guys who have me as their NO. 1 team. If I have 450 recruiting points total, I will only add the amount of guys which allows me to spend 50 points on them week one. (This is after I've already offered them scholarship 5 points when I am setting up my board.) In this scenario, maybe I have left off 4 guys who have me as their top school. To me, that is ok. If they are not on my list and with no scholarship offer, they USUALLY still keep me as their no. 1. I have no science to prove this, but adding a recruit to your list makes them wanted more by other schools. Moving on: those initial recruits that I have added and spent 50 points on, they USUALLY sign with me. Maybe 1-2 don't, it really depends on their rating. 1-2 stars are obviously easier to get than 3-5 stars. Once more points become available, I will spend those on the other recruits who still have me listed as their top school. You'd be surprised at how quickly your class can fill up just by doing this. Also, some guys will add you later in the season and make you their top school. When you are late in the season, be sure to see which recruits are still available. The ones who have not signed are way more likely to sign with you, especially when you throw 50 points their way in week 11. Again, not always a sure thing, but it does work. If you are a crappy school, sign whoever you can. Doesn't matter if they are a bust or not IMO. You just need bodies. A "bust" 4* at Akron/Buffalo/etc etc is better than a 1 or 2-star IMO. These "busts" are usually the guys who are available later in the season. Especially the higher-rated ones. The postseason portal is kind of the same thing: Find recruits you want/need and give them 50 (or whatever max points you can give them) points as soon as you can. Those initial recruits are likely to sign with you. Again, I don't think this is a fool-proof plan, but it has worked for me.

Damn. This is a sexy watch.

Hmm. Could be the level I am playing on. I am not on the highest, I guess second highest? All American? I wouldn't say I am 100% on screens, but it definitely is one of my fave plays. Seems like this year the Jet Sweep is broken. I can't do shit with that play anymore.

I love the game so far. I think it is way better than 25. The gameplay is smooth and the player animations are pretty sick. I love the different "identities" (whatever they are called I cant remember) each player can have. A "Gadget" guy can play QB/CB/etc. if needed. Stuff like that is really cool. I also love the addition of some small but big things like an actual list of National Championship winners, award winners, etc. The transfer portal while tough, is actually fairly realistic. Dudes leave no matter what, but, it usually is pretty easy to get new guys in. I lost 15 guys one year, brought in about 12 from the portal. Takes some getting used to. I also think the stats are better. To be fair, I almost NEVER play online. I am an old school dude who plays a dynasty by myself. I skip a LOT of games just to do it. The stats just look better than last year's game. More realistic IMO. Not to be Mr. Johnny Sunshine, some of the things I still hate: a lot of black kickers. White CBs. The faces/hairstyles on some of the guys are HORRIBLE. That is small, but it bothers me. At least let us change it. Recruting it harder, which I kinda like. Keeps me on my toes. I still haven't figured out the best way to do it, but I do know that if you go heavy after guys late who haven't signed, they most likely will sign with you. again, I am sure there will be more updates, but I really like it so far.

Man, I have different results. I'd say no less than +5 yards every time I use it. One of my "go to" plays.

Just got this Orient Solar Panda in the mail today. Switched out the metal strap for a black rubber I had. Feels great and I love the look.

My "baby boy" just graduated high school. So weird. I swear he is still a little boy but instead of playing trucks and legos, he drives a truck and has a job. Life definitely comes at you fast. For now, his plan is to stay home one more year and go to juco and really find out what he wants to do. Most likely study to be a sports statistician/analytics work.

I just got back from a 10-day trip to Europe. I did not check a bag, I carried everything with me in my Osprey Farpoint 40L. It was GREAT. I don't see how another bag could be better. It has compression straps on the inside as well as the outside, and you can hide the straps to make it look even more "carry on" ish. I was not asked one time or checked to see if it was too big. I flew Singapore Air and British Airways with no issues. I packed my toiletries (small leather bag), one pair of shoes, two pants, 4 shirts, socks, underwear, and a hoodie or jacket, depending on what I was wearing when we traveled. I did not use any kind of packing cubes or air suction bags, but probably could have saved a little room if I did. I highly highly recommend it. I never saw James Street or those old effers play...so here is my list: 1a. Colt - thought he was gonna win a natty, but that damn injury. To me, he just BLED Burnt Orange. 1b. Vince - you know, the national title has a lot to do with this. One of the greatest athletes in college football history. I just think Colt is more "Texas". 2. Major - loved that he looked like my 5th grade PE teacher. Competitive as hell. 3. Sam - Another "bleeds orange" guy. Always loved Sammy. 4. Quinn - Loved what he did for our program. A great guy and a perfect one to lead us back to relevance. 5. JB - Made me fall in love with Texas football. 6. Peter - My first memories of Texas football involved Gardere. There is a good chance Arch moves to 2 or 1a-c depending on this next year.
