Tell me how I’m wrong and we are all going to get rich in 2024.

I have no idea if you are right or wrong.  There is plenty to be concerned about.  I would add- Commercial RE is a sarlac pit of dread, March home starts were in the shitter,  second order effects of inflation are starting to hit(insurance), commodities are rising,....

counterpoints- markets usually do well in election years, the government can't afford the increased rates to finance its debt so rate cuts seem inevitable.

Thanks.  I mentioned to him at breakfast, to play close attention to the goalies line.  I was flabbergasted that he actually listened to me and caught this one playing up too high...

I try really hard to let my kids manage and grow their out sports lives and just be supportive.  Of course I have ideas and attempt to encourage them to think about this or that in a very positive way.  It is so cool when the thing you have helped them with, or suggested, is directly tied to a goal, or good play.

Jfc, if your BMI is over 50 please don't wear black yoga pants. You look like a 300 pound sausage over cooked in a microwave.

i encountered at least half a dozen wildebeasts in cream/light colored yoga pants at the ATL airport last weekend.

Also the societal acceptance of wearing pajamas to the airport needs to DIAF.  Tracksuit if you must, but my lord the fucking roll out of bed slobs are too much.

I think Scheffler is steadier mentally than Jordan and Rory. I think Rory got caught up in the superstardom too early. I think he's been trying to get serious again the last few years but he might've already peaked. I can't believe he's only 34, though. Jordan was always a car crash waiting to happen. It's just he was about as good a putter as there ever was in 2014-2015. Then he got a little sideways, then got hurt, got married, etc. I'm afraid he'll never get back to where he was at his zenith. But Scottie is so pure with his iron play. He's just so consistently great.

Tiger was never quite the same after he hurt himself training (stupidly, I might add) with the Navy SEALS. Never should've fired Butch either. If he hadn't made those two decisions, he's probably sitting on 20 majors.

If he hadn't passed out and driven his car of the road he probably could have won 2 more Masters.  I think he would have been competitive there until he was mid-50's.  perhaps later.
