  1. Found out over the weekend that a friend of a friend, a fellow Horn, drank himself to death. Multiple organ failure. Leaves behind a kid and wife. I knew he was struggling but didn't know the extent of it. First person I've known to do this. Sad deal, I hope he is at peace now.

Saw this putting in terms of barrel of oil.. jump last night would put at equivalent to $250 barrel.  There is absolutely no reason the price should be this high. Unquestionable being pushed by some large funds causing margin calls on smaller funds... pushing further.... waiting for large drop back down....

Also, mind putting together your vast knowledge on a timetable for the upcoming crisis so you can come back and say I told you so to everyone on this thread?

Rex called his shot at the beginning of Covid and put his money where his mouth is. I wish I could have pulled off a similar deal.

No, just reality. I study this shit for a living and capitalize on it when appropriate. Not on Facebook or Gram. I am on LinkedIn and the number of anti-vax and pro-Trump posts designed to divide make me sick. Carry on with your generalizations.

I honestly thought he was talking about Lobo.

  5. So, just to make sure I'm looking at this the right way ... it looks like the UT App will also give you download links for your tickets (like the email), but you can't actually see or use the tickets in the app. You have to download them and view/use them in your wallet. I can see the tickets with no problem in the wallet. Is that what everyone else is seeing, or am I doing it wrong?
What's the name of the app?
  6. I doubt I'd eat dog, but that's about it.  Zebra seems like a no brainer though, unless you are a vegetarian why would you object to zebra?
Somebody is too young to have eaten at the and then carts on campus.

  7. Have that issue in my taco. Ball joints weren’t lubed. A guy I did BJJ with owns a shop and did it for free. Went away for 6 months or so. It’s back but not as bad as it was. I was driving through a lot of deep water at the beginning of the summer so I figure that sped up the return of the squeak.

Alright, what’s on order so far:

Weathertech HP liners and cargo liner

    Lumin-x yellow fog light films

Custom trim color badge to add to side (not removing the original badge, these will be next to “TRD” and just above “Off”.

Tri color grille badge. Maybe this is goofy, but it’s cheap and can easily be removed (bolted)

4runner Lifestyle TRD Pro grille. I rolled the dice. Let’s see how it works out. Saving $300+ going this route.

    That’s it for now.

Oh yeah, I am not a fan of the predator bars. Came with the vehicle. Likely replace them with something more low profile and doesn’t affect clearance (my wife and girls like having something to step on).
I realize you did t do the work but can you ask your buddy how exactly to do this?
  8. Not so fast

And this thread has turned into a walk down memory lane, GK, Timberwolves, Marque what was the sports bar across the street? The Volcano, drawing a bal k vut that ppace thay was over off eastside country bar that's no longer there. Good times and shepard plaza started kicking off then too
Oh man, the wolf. That's a name I haven't heard in a long time.
  9. I don’t know technicals. But it has merit from my standpoint because I study the fundamentals. I’d be surprised if we only increased 20% from here, but Covid could fuck everything up. I’d actually be a little surprised if we didn’t exceed a 50% increase from here.
    Where are your royalties?
I'm calling it now. We will be at $100 by July 4th.

    After.

Swapped out the Bridgestone Dueler HT 265/70r17 for BFG KO2 275/70r17.

I am going back to them balanced. They have the same issues the originals had with a serious wobble at 60-70 mph. I wanted Wildpeaks AT3W but didn’t want to wait for them to come in.

I still plan on leveling it out with some billstein 5100s all around.
So.my buddy has basically this same one except lifted and bigger tires. There is squeaking from the front end. Lubed all the fittings and even the lower control arms. At this point is pretty much has to be the lca bushings imo. Anybody else have similar experiences?
  11. Right up to about 2008 or so, Kahn's Deli was a front for high-end weed. After Katrina, some New Orleans bikers tried to horn in on the business and the Kahn kid called in a favor from the Russian mob. Then he sold out, and it went out of business, because the buyer didn't know what all Kahn Jr was doing to keep the place afloat.
This makes sense now. The Russians tried to make a go of it after but failed miserably.
