  1. The governor of Florida said without question the ACC and SEC should play. If college football is to be saved it will be the South coming to the rescue. I hope our governor and big cigars start applying pressure too. I would love to see the PAC-12 slide even further to irrelevance by refusing to play. A XII, SEC and ACC super conference schedule for 2020 would be badass

  2. Antifa’s tactics could be taken straight from the pages of the SA brownshirts. They are there to intimidate, create fear, and mete out mob justice and get in altercations with their ideological adversaries like the Proud Boys when they show up.

  3. DirecTV’s customer service is the worst out there. Wait times are absurd, hard to understand foreign customer reps and constant run arounds or call drops.  ATT turns everything it touches into shit. Customer service and getting discounts were easy to get before they were absorbed by ATT

Yet it's openly embraced.  Celebrated even.  With no context to the wake of historical destruction and death across the globe.  Surpassed in a staggering death count only by mother nature (Plague and Malaria).

The protesters display the hammer and sickle prominently on their gear and on social media. A symbol of an ideology that has caused tens of millions of deaths and misery all over the globe. No discussion or questioning of their motives by the media despite them declaring their allegiance openly.

i know i will regret engaging you but...yes, your hero was a despot.  and it isn't really debatable to people who haven't been deeply propagandized like yourself.  that doesn't in any way redeem the despotic nature of the ayatollah.  see if you can hold such a complex concept in your head.

I had family killed by Savak. Still when you’re dealing with the Middle East and the scourge of Islam, I will take a Reza Shah, Ataturk, Gen. Sisi or those like them any day of the week of the week over the alternative.

only to the size of the atrocity.  to the extent it wasn't "duplicated," that is a function of scale or ignorance.  we saw it in japan, greece, italy...you also saw it in central america in the 1980's, iran from 1955 forward, suharto, marcos, pinochet...

Iran under the Shah was like Nazi Germany. Are you fucking nuts. If the Shah was like Hitler he would have massacred the revolutionaries and my homeland would still be the sea of tranquility in the Middle East instead of the Islamic shithole it now is.

If those players hold firm, that pretty much means no Pac-12 football. The NIL and 50% revenue distribution would be tough to legally pull off on short notice even if the league agreed, which of course they won't. Those are NCAA things, so we all know how that will be received.

Best the league can do is agree to negotiate, say yes to the easy ones like black players committee, and "hold discussions" on all the others.

These over pampered college athletes are killing the golden goose that has given them everything. The vast majority of college sports fans do not give a shit about their social justice bullshit posturing nor do we want our enjoyment of said sports to be interrupted by BLM this or that. Sports is supposed to be an escape. What they’re reaping is the end of college sports as we know it. I’m glad that there will be less opportunities now and that these players can be blamed for it. Don’t fuck with your fan base.

    It’s true. They’re here.

Buddy works for APD and says they’ve called everyone and anyone in for tonight.

Don’t believe it until it is @Captainantverified. Multiple sources don’t matter. I’m glad there will be overwhelming force to confront any rabblerousers. Also, I want the cops to cite, ticket and fine the organizers if they haven’t obtained a permit to shut down traffic. That’s what I’d do to regain control, ticket and fine them to death. No permit - no protest blocking the street.

Mr. Perry is a dumbass for putting that on social media. Everyone today has a permanent record. We live in the era of big data.

Malice aforethought is no longer the terminology, but Texas Courts have a long history handling the concept in some depth.

Innocent until proven guilty - but those tweets are problematic for this shooter.

It amazes me that people still use their real names on Twitter. The shooter shouldn't get the benefit of the doubt anymore. Looks to me like he was actively seeking a confrontation.

How the fuck is it not the same in your scenario? If I'm driving along and have no idea a game is about to get out, I could by trapped by a flood of people that "spill into the street" and "have no way out." It doesn't make it fucking terrifying. It makes it annoying. If the people flooding the street, whether protesters or sports fans, start acting aggressive, that could make it terrifying.

How can you compare a post-game crowd to those purposefully blocking the streets for their protests without a permit. The post-game DKR flood of people are trying to get back to their tailgate or get in their cars and leave. As a driver, I can pretty safely predict and work with the crowd by driving carefully and slowly to get back on my way home. They are not blocking traffic and preventing people from getting to their destinations on purpose in a threatening manner.

Easy for anyone to say in 99.99999999% of the occupied areas in the United States.

How much protester-related violence has been done within 1/2 mile of your residence?

My opinion from the video we have, the light on the street where he turned onto was poor. I think he got caught in the middle of a throng. Look at the video posted of the car stopped on a bridge in DC. The possibility of being trapped by these fuckers is real. @Cajun’s sweet pistol car holster setup is something I will be looking to install as well.

Carrying a gun because you're afraid you'll be put in a dangerous situation because of a protester is not a calm, rational choice based made on actual probabilities. It's an irrational fear response.

Easy for you to say in the safety and comfort of living in Piney Point Village protected by the Memorial Villages PD. Give me a fucking break. I’m with @Hate. I’m about to buy my first handgun and will be taking a CHL course to get licensed as a result of all of this nonsense.
