    KD droppin 40 a game.

    who's guarding him?

Lol. KD hasn’t scored 40 in one playoff game this year. Did New Orleans and the spurs have better defenders than Ariza, tucker and moute? He might have a game of 40 but every game? Lulzz

  2. Derozan and Lowry are second options guys on any other superstar led team. Toronto won’t win a championship with them ever, and the next coach won’t do any better except maybe getting them to a 7th game Vs. the cavs.

  3. I think you double Durant and play close or deny curry and Thompson as best you can and make draymond score 30+ a night to beat you. On paper it’s why the warriors seem impossible to beat because any game plan you draw up there is a counter that does beat you. Gonna be tough for Houston to win 4 games.

Houston has to exploit there weakness in the middle with capela and get help from guys like Gordon and ariza and tucker hitting open shots. I think you know harden and cp3 will score and if they don’t then you really have to have Gordon go off as he is really the only other scorer Houston has that has the potential to score 25+ consistently. Ariza can if he is hitting threes but his drop off is too big to hope he can for multiple games.

  4. Great example of run average being over exaggerated.

16,4,4,0 is our runs scored over 4 games and that gives a average of 6 runs a game. Yet it’s the one game explosion that helps the average stay high. If our pitching ever starts to slump we are fucked.

I keep hearing this, and I'd like to hear the reasoning behind it.

Utah was #2 in the NBA in defensive efficiency.  And Houston hung 112 on them last night without getting anything from James Harden.

How and why are Golden State (#10 in defensive efficiency) going to shut down what Utah couldn't?  And please don't act like Rubio, the 10th best PG in the league at best, could've stopped Chris Paul last night.

In fact, let's go a little further...

Houston was #1 in offensive efficiency and #5 in defensive efficiency.

Golden State was #2 in offensive efficiency and #10 in defensive efficiency.

The Rockets won approximately 90% of their games this year when all five starters started.  And they're all healthy now.

Houston won 2 of 3 against GS this season.

    Houston has home court.

So how exactly is anyone picking Golden State in 5 games?

    Please, help me understand.

This is eerily reminiscent of another time a Texas team had no chance to beat a California dynasty...

    Rockets in 7.

I'll tell you why. Because the Rocket haters think GS has been bored all year and when they try this series they will win 145-87 every game.

  6. Draymond is a loud mouth. Not sure how many fighters y'all have been around but the quiet ones were always the best, the loud mouth shit talkers at the bar always got knocked the fuck out.  Pretty sure PJ Tucker would knock draymond the fuck out.

  7. Also Phil didn't just choose the bulls he built the bulls too, he did choose the Lakers but who wouldn't want to coach shaq and kobe in the early 00's?

Also, I love the mav and spurs haters that pick warriors in 5, they clearly haven't watched the rockets this season to think we will lose in 5. love the tears from two franchises that are about to wander the desert of shit teams.

  8. Houston can play and win when not shooting the 3 ball well with CP3 hitting the mid range and our defense has massively improved(when we try).

It's going to be a tough series, i'm gonna need to see us actually win the series before I believe. Been burnt by Houston sports wayyyy to many times and Astros breakiung through made me a believer again and now the Rockets will have to do the same. I think warriors in 7 just because of all the experience they have on the floor.

Your opinion is absurd. I'd put him 4th best player to play for the Lakers behind Mikan, Wilt, Kareem, and Magic, but you could make a case for putting him behind Shaq and Jerry West as well. Putting him ahead of Lebron seems absurd.

ok your opinion and you can have it.

  10. Warriors in 7. Rockets will have to prove it to me on the flor for me to predict a series win.

but lol at warriors in 5 with the rockets barely stealing a game. You always know who the haters are as they are easy to spot.

Rockets aren’t close to who they were last year and that’s easy to notice, defense is way better, cappella is a different player, cp3, tucker and moute are all better than anything we have had.

mentally we will see how they respond but this won’t be a 4-1 breeze for either team lullzzz.

Lock the thread. If you're arguing against someone who thinks Kobe was better than LBJ, you're wasting your time.

It's hard to win an argument against a smart person. It's impossible to win an argument against a stupid person.

Lol I love when people come on here and self

proclaim how they are the smartest most rational and know it all posters about a subject that’s opinion based only. So your opinion trumps all? For the record I haven’t been calling anyone names as I stated my case, I said it’s my opinion only, you and big orange are the ones that swooped in calling names like 12 year olds.

  12. Ok your opinion. To play for my team in a 7 game series in the nba finals I would want mj all day.

So you wouldnt want a guy thats won 5/6 nba titles? What do you want then? Just stats? I never said lebron wasn’t great, there’s just more to basketball to me than physical athletic ability.

Yes Kareem would dominate today, and in the 90’s, as well as any other era ever. He’s a transcendent player.

Lol no. That sky hook would not work today. And shaq would have ate his lunch and Kareem is slow. He dominated back then. He would in now way dominate now. Magic was a transcendent player and that’s easy to see.

But this has has nothing to do with my point. I said I would take mj over Kenton and I slipped in Kobe and that’s what everyone focused on. So you would take lebron over mj?
