JD going with the tough guy act for some reason.
I wonder who would be more likely to deny Vance's kids jobs, those who support Ro Khanna or Nick Fuentes? We may never know.
This administration is littered with people who embody the worst traits of humanity.
Trump- Narcissistic
Miller- Evil
Vance- Power-hungry
Bessent- Greedy
Patel- Stupid
Noem- Vain
Rubio- Cowardly
Bondi- Cunty
Obviously there are more and plenty of overlap, but they are all so irredeemably awful.

Dude, nobody gives a shit if Clinton goes down because the Epstein Files expose him. But if he is the only one deemed worthy of not being redacted? Even you can find a couple brain cells to rub together and realize that is bullshit.

I did another Mini-Big Day in Round Rock Wednesday, from about 8-3. Not the greatest timing weather-wise, but I was able to manage 75 species.
Highlights included a Great Horned Owl roosting in the daylight at my neighborhood park, a quick glimpse of a Sora in the reeds at Old Settlers Park and a suprise pair of Barn Swallows hunting insects over the pond, quite rare in winter.
Lowlights were the complete absence of uncommon wintering birds, as well as scarcity of "common" wintering birds. This is the 2nd year in a row these birds have been way down. I'm blaming climate change.

Our eldest did not have a great first encounter 2 years ago. He's chill with Santa now, but even today if he spots the HEB Buddy, he lets out a bloodcurdling scream of sheer terror. This is nearly as frightening to anyone who might be sharing the self-checkout line at the time.

No, they can F off with 95% of AI usage. Now back to our regularly scheduled Longhorn thread.
Central Texas data centers consume millions of gallons of water daily, according to an Austin Chronicle investigation published last week. Midsized data centers use approximately 300,000 gallons daily while large data centers can use as many as 4.5 million gallons per day, the Chronicle reports. Austin alone has 47 data centers while Dallas-Fort Worth has the most in the state at 189 facilities.
A report by the Houston Advanced Research Center estimates data centers statewide will use 49 billion gallons of water this year. The facilities use the water to cool their powerful computers, which generate significant heat.
Further exacerbating the strain on natural resources, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman broke ground last year on Abilene’s Stargate Texas data center, a $500 billion project announced by President Donald Trump in January.
With a size 60 acres larger than Central Park, Stargate is soon to be the largest data center in the world, whether the parched landscape — or its electrical grid — can handle it or not. The facility is expected to use enough energy to power 750,000 homes, the Chronicle reports, while also being a massive drain on the water supply.
Bro, if we don't have AI how are we going to develop the technology to leave this planet when AI helps destroy it?

I, too have booze at the house. But before I partake, I'm going to drive to my local liquor store, sit in the parking lot and see just how busy the place is.
I have a feeling they will be crowded that day.
You may all be shocked to learn that I didn't see anyone else buying champagne at the Decatur, TX liquor store when I went to buy a bottle after Biden was declared the winner in 2020.

What other scholarshib LBs are on the roster currently, besides Smith? Barnes, the Georgia freshman... I'm sure there are others but can't think of them off the top of my head. Obviously a big portal need at this point.
Looks like I only forgot one scholarship player, outside of what the recent signing class has. Cunningham. Not a particularly inspiring group.

For the amount of good so many of these programs do, we should be happy to send the relatively minimal amount of money their way. But since we can't be bothered to give a shit about our own citizens, I guess it shouldn't be surprising that brown people on the other side of the world garner no sympathy. Fucking disgusting.

Is Big Red referring to communism or the GOP? Embrace debate
MAHA seems like a natural direction to continue the Big Red and food dye conversation. Totally not political, just 100% science-based and thus an acceptable detour.
If Moore drank pure cane sugar coca cola instead of dye-laced fruit sodas, and if mama Moore didn't take so much goddamn Tylenol during pregnancy, would we even be here right now?

There's a fucking horde of Apostolic Christians in western Minnesota who share my last name that will certainly vote for this man if he is the R candidate. Simple farmers, common clay of the new west kind of people.

I'm not great in that department, but #1 is always native plants, especially those that attract soft-bodied insects like caterpillars. A bird bath with moving water can be helpful and a big draw. As far as feeders, I imagine the Audubon web page would have some information. Wild Birds Unlimited is a great for feeders and food, as well as information. I think their website may also be helpful for tips on getting started.
