  1. I watched Emaree Winston's tape, love the kid; great feet, quick first step, looks for contact, makes tough catches. When I watch his tape I think what a great outside, blitzing lb he could be. You think we're truly recruiting him at te?
  2. Probably because you used it wrong. Better usage is let the old men enjoy the milkers. Your comment reeks of bitch.
  3. I don't think it's his choice, these kids came for one reason. He pleaded for them to stay
  4. First year moving to the SEC with expectations is a hell of a lot of pressure on a kid. I'm sure a part of Arch is happy we have a stabilizing force to enter that first year, go through the madness.
  5. I'm pumped. I don't want to figure shit out presnap, if Niblack is in we're gunnin, Helm we're runnin. 12 personnel is a fun wheel spin.
  6. None of this takes place without Sark. Sanders running free, Mitchell catching big time touchdowns. The kids talk to each other, but none of this exists without Sarks They talk to each other.
  7. Fucking love this. These guys are used to being coached hard, come in ready. The new Duncanville and Alabama pipeline is off to a great recruiting start.
  8. He's right about Arnold, though. The kid is shit in one on one coverage. All Bama players are taught to grab, hold.... ..it's the Saban way, but this kid makes it his mainstay. If he can't get away with it, he's done. He'll be a mid tier corner, bounce around the league , then flame out
  9. Cargo shorts are my go to for Greyhound bus rides. Pocket for sanitizer for the greasy haired hooker sitting next to me. Another pocket for air freshener for the guy in house shoes and sweat pants sparking it up 2 rows ahead. And of course, the cargo pocket for a condom for the "half way there gas station stop" if the hooker and I end up hitting it off. These shorts are so multipurpose.
  10. Valid point, I get it. Is he going to be Saban? No one will ever be. Bama is a blue blood, as long as you win, the recruits will come, we've seen that here. The infrastructure is already in place and Saban is still an advisor. What made Saban so special was his ability to game plan and develop talent, albeit 5 star talent. That's DeBoer's talent too. I know he's not Saban, but he's a winner and if that team stays in tact next year he'll do well, and the machine keeps rolling. If he loses Grubb, that will change things.
  11. What the fuck are you talking about? This guy has won everywhere he's been. He took an 8 loss team that lost to fucking Montana to a National championship game in two years. He's the guy I didn't Bama to hire, because he fucking wins.
  12. I like you Tex, but I have to completely disagree. They pound teams now that they're supposed to, culture takes time. In year two, they put it to teams they should have, but did they have a slip against Louisville? Definitely. He's installing a a culture there much different than Kelly.....the Buckeye game showed that. Give that guy another year or two and watch.
