Not really. Seems like pretty similar high school experiences to me. Music seems the same. Video games seem the same. Kids just on their smart phones posting on social media the same.
Just like the 80s and the early aughts are the same. Or the 70s and the 90s. You’re crazyÂ

Judge in GA case has set a 2/15 hearing about alleged misconduct by Fani Willis.
Assuming it’s not an evidentiary hearing I can’t imagine the court doing anything other than denying itÂ

Can we get someone in the organization to improve the line play? If we can’t run or stop the run, what’s the point?

After abruptly naming Jeff Saturday interim HC last season, discovering he regularly abuses drugs is about the least surprising thing I’ve read todayÂ

Do you think Jerry Jones Jr (Steven?) is going to be an improvement? Â
Yes. I don’t think he will insist on being the GM, and will actually hire a football guy for that roleÂ

Well, there's a bit of irony here. When this cohort was more center-right (i.e. shaggy), there was a lot of condemnation of low-information voters favoring the left (or, possibly more accurately, the pandering pol/policy of the day, which was often something "free," e.g, "free shit army"). Now, it's the same condemnation, but of low-information voters favoring the right, or Trump's version of it. And, to be fair, these low-info voters are much lower than we thought they were (voting for free shit is one thing, voting against your economic interest because brown or queer is quite another).
There is an anti-democratic streak running through all of us that are more educated than most. But the right is willing to pretty openly indulge that, and the center left is not.
I think that first category is a remnant of Raegan’s demonization of people on welfare and is largely made up by people on the right.Â
ÂThat second category of low info Fox/FB/Newsmax voters is real and a significant percentage of Trump’s voting base

Also let’s not pretend that all these GOP primary voters won’t fall in line behind Trump just like the last two elections.Â

Is there a new rule that says teams have to publicly announce who've they interviewed? I don't remember tweets like this in the past. It was always reports like, "Sources say coach X is meeting with team Y today for the second time."Â
It’s not a rule. The Atlanta owners are trying to show how competent they are after Arthur Smith

Is he threatening to tank Tesla if he doesn’t get more shares?? I don’t get it.Â
To me it might make sense if he’s scared of being ousted as CEO. Maybe 25% controlled by him and 26% is controlled by friends so it’s a magic number to guard against 50.1% of shareholders voting to remove him.Â

For 90s there were a lot of movies that could qualify:
Can't Hardly Wait
She's all That
10 Things I Hate About You
Cruel intentions
Varsity Blues
Mallrats
Clueless
Theres Something about Mary
Scream / I know What You Did Last Summer
Â
This is a good list. I’d add a couple of the most Gen X movies were Reality Bites and Empire RecordsÂ

That game ultimately was the greatest gift Jerry Jones could give any sports writer or tv analyst heading into the offseason. I guarantee it will be talked about nationally until next season starts

And I know somehow, despite looking like an Unbeatable Future Brady 2.0 Hall of Fame Lock today, Love is going to play like complete shit next week. Just like Washington did against Michigan after their win over Texas.

*when* McCarthy gets fired it will be fun for a minute tricking ourselves into believing we will hire a good coach (I mean Bellicheck is still available) but we’ll end up with Frank Reich
