Yeah I mean this is stupid. Everyone's just standing around.

Agree with your point about how the all star game has changed. I think the NBA has made some changes (each quarter has a winner, Elam ending) that have helped.

I don't think this video is an accurate picture of the game last night. Steph was in the midst of one of the greatest shooting displays we've ever seen. With each make, he would increase the distance/difficulty of the next shot. After the last make in the video his next attempt was from half court. The standing around in the video is the guys caught up in the moment.  Outside of that I think they gave decent effort.

Seth is plug and play for any team in the league.  If you can give him open looks from 3 he’s going to bang home 40% of them, and he can do that with high volume.  Doc is a ruthless mfer.  I believe he cut his own kid once, and justed traded his son-in-law out of town.

I doubt Doc had much say in the trade.

Harden and Philly fans- oh boy!

Also wtf has happened to the TNT desk? Tonight it's Shaq, some corny white guy hosting plus Candace Parker and Dwyane Wade.

They moved over from NBATV. That crew has been together since Wade retired. Work the Tues games.

And yet he would rather have zero organized practice and coaching and zero minutes against the remaining cupcakes.  Dumb.

He can pick a school before spring semester starts. He's eligible to practice with that team, just can't play in the games.

Hate that he's bailing so soon. But it's how things go today.

I hope Elliott can eventually get that 2nd title because he's so consistent on every other level.

With the amount of talent on campus and expected in the next 2-3 yrs, I would love if he could experience a mini Russ Rose run.

I'm in this picture...…..when you said you would be with a group of about 15-20 teenage volleyball girls, i thought it would be easy to spot you.  But their were several groups like that so I missed you.

I don't think you can get the proper perspective for Parra's serve on TV.  That thing is wicked!

how is Embiid better than Jokic? why do people keep saying this? Jokic is better than Embiid at nearly everything, and in a lot of areas he's *far* superior to Embiid, including one of the most important abilities of all- availability. i love Joel Embiid, but anyone who has him above Jokic is either a moron or a hater.

Defense? Isn't Embiid considered one of the most impactful defensive players while Jokic, while improved, is still viewed as weak on that end?

It really didn't look like CP said anything to set Beverly off. He just lost his damn mind, what little there was to begin with.

I think he said something based on how suddenly Pat reacted. And i think it was highly personal. Remember CP3 has no issue with punching guys in the nuts.

It was funny to see someone do to Pat what he normally tries to do.

He didn’t play the rest of the Tech game, and he played a total of 12 minutes the next two games, aka the last two games of his career. He went 1-3 from the field and had two rebounds.

What games were you watching, moron?

You said he quit on his teammates.  If you watched the rest of the Tech game you can clearly see him return to the bench and cheer for the team after he had his moment.  He's also seen cheering for his teammates in those games that he only played 12 minutes.  If that's considered quitting on his team, that's a strange way to show it.

He was clearly immature and impulsive as a freshman.  Calling the kid a quitter based on the moment he had at Tech is bullshit to me.

He left his teammates and went to the lockerroom to sulk. Fuck Greg Brown, he’s not gonna do jack shit in the NBA. He’s a quitter..

    No he's not.

And apparently you didn't finish watching the game you referenced or the rest of the season.

This is The NBA Presented By Kevin Durant.

I like it better than LeBron and the Warriors Bring You: The NBA. Which I think jumped the shark around season 3.

This edition is almost as good as the critically acclaimed Michael Jordan Bends Your Team Over And Fucks Them.

Basketball has gotten me high before but I don't think I've ever reached your level. You've been on one for weeks. If this is all a natural high, I'm impressed. 🙂

I'm not sure you're entirely sold on how good Durant is right now. This game should be selling you on it so far. He is putting in incredible effort on both sides of the floor. This is an all-time great at the height of his powers. MIL is not just going to take this in 5 or 6 because Harden is out. On top of that - Brooklyn's role guys are playing with a lot of energy and Kyrie remains a cold blooded mfer as always.

Again - KD and Kyrie have nothing to prove. They are playing with house money right now. Giannis is the one that should be sweating.

With you on most of what you've posted. Disagree about KD and Kyrie not having something to prove. While they've had big time playoff performances most people don't give them credit for being the leaders on those teams. And doubt that they can lead a team to a title.

Prime Westbrook was better than prime Melo for my money's worth, as well. But they both fell/have fallen off very hard.

Is it just me or does Dillon Brooks look like a Dollar Store version of Prince?

    Damn that's funny!

It's not just you. I've been trying to place it since game 1.

Ja Morant or Trae Young next 10 years go.

Nate has coached Trae out of thinking he's equal to Curry and it has improved his game tremendously.  He's even trying more on the defensive end.  But I'll take Ja.  Think his upside is higher than Trae.
