Is Rowland ...good? Now?
I don't know what to do with this world we're living in anymore.
No it was a low kick would've been blocked

I see you, Rowland. Nice! I am definitely seeing a better Sam, though I hope he doesn't have to rely on LJH that much. I think there are some encouraging signs but we definitely need Tre Watson to come aboard and Patrick Hudson to get healthy.
No pass rush could kick it more on a line it would've been blocked in an actual game

So is tonight the new under the lights night or will Mensa still do an event like that in the Summer?
No this is not replacing any events. They want more events not less.

Tom Loy: All over the place on Notre Dame’s top defensive end target
So, where will four-star defensive end NaNa Osafo-Mensah end up when he announces his commitment on May 19? Here’s what I’ve been told and the interesting part is, sources are all over the place. A few sources heading into this past weekend’s trip to Notre Dame felt the Irish were trailing Texas. That’s fair. Texas got hot and were pushing extremely hard, got him on campus, and left a big impression.
One source from the Big 12 believed Notre Dame was actually out and his final two were really Texas and Texas A&M, even though the Irish were expected to be named publicly as a finalist. That source believed he wanted one of the two Texas schools, but the Aggies weren’t all that interested. Now, I’ve got multiple sources telling me Notre Dame made a big move and some believe the Irish are now slightly ahead of Texas. I’m also told the Longhorns staff is optimistic and they feel good, but not nearly as good as before this past weekend’s trip to South Bend.
In the end, it’s going to be hard for Osafo-Mensah to pass on staying home and playing for the Longhorns. Familiarity, distance, friendships, all of that sits in Texas’ favor. However, this young man gets what Notre Dame is about and his parents are fully on board as well. The Irish coaching staff was tremendous this past weekend and after talking with Osafo-Mensah, it’s clear that they did every possible thing to try and land him. If he commits elsewhere, no blame should be put on Notre Dame’s staff. It just didn’t work out.
That said, I do know that Osafo-Mensah was saying all of the right things, all weekend long, to people connected with the Notre Dame football program. That hasn’t always been the case. Most believe he isn’t the type to just tell people what they want to hear. That bodes well for the Irish, but at the same time, one visit to Texas could change it all. Getting the last crack is key for the Longhorns. To be completely honest, nobody knows what Osafo-Mensah will do. People can speculate, but nobody truly knows yet. Silent commitments happen all the time. In this case, I truly believe that the 6-4, 227-pounder hasn’t made one yet and is still considering his two finalists — Notre Dame and Texas.
Damn he is hedging bad. Pick a fucking side pansy

Not for nothin, but Jordan Patterson will officially be at the spring game. His Twitter bio pic is him in a UT uni and helmet, and he only follows two people after a year of being on and it's DeGabriel Floyd and TFB's Andrew King.
I have no idea what kind of shot we have for him but you gotta like where we're starting.
If we offered he would commit on the spot he's basically recruiting himself to Texas.

That sounds like Wilson has already decided. I'm guessing that it's Texas since the decision is made before the OV to UT.
That would mean it's osu

Minnesota was probably the biggest competition. He was PJ Fleck's primary target for the entire class -- the guy they were going to build their class around. Fleck was all in on recruiting him. The Gopher fans are crushed. He was supposedly Kelly's top QB target for Notre Dame as well. So much that ND probably won't take a 2019 QB (they got a big commit from a 2020 QB yesterday).
I have never understood this line of thinking. You take a qb every year because you just never know who is going to pan out. I this 2020 kid ends up being a bust it sets your program back 3 years

I'm not worried. My info comes from both sides in this recruitment. If Texas shows Wilson a passing offense, he will be a Longhorn.
what are the advantages texas has that 9.95ers have hinted at but haven't directly come out and said?

Agreed on Thomas. I think Green is an inch taller if their measurements are to be believed.
I don't think Hand is high on Thomas. We'll see on EJNO.
Blake your reputation is on the line with Wilson. I would tread lightly until he commits

When was the last time a recruit mentioned Mehringer?
This putz can't even put up a proper Hook'em and ran off our best receiver.
He should have been replaced as soon as the season ended. Him and a one or two other offensive coaches are dead weight.
Blaming Giles is bush league, this is on Herman for not getting another rain maker on defense.
Wright mentioned him last week after he visited about him breaking down film in wr room so that he could understand it

Does anyone have ej's update on Leal?

What does the crowd size look like? Last year was 100k I think

LJH will ball out in spite of our DB's trying to put on a show..
If he could actually run screens where he stays behind the los that was a cluster last season.

The stripe is for skill players, it is so the coach know where their eyes are when watching film.

Wilson is officially visiting tOSU this weekend. Their Spring Game is this Saturday.
OV to Texas 20th - 22nd. He says he'll commit shortly after. It's not ideal he's coming in on Spring Game weekend, but given his proximity he can show up early and stay late. Herman and staff should be give him plenty of attention. If he's still on campus Sunday night, I like our chances.
Uh oh I thought you were saying this recruitment is over now you're not sounding so certain
