Does Texas still get paid for LHN regardless of if there is a football season? Just wondering

Dude is a stud, watched him when he played for Ridge Point and you always knew when he was on the field. He'll be a standout in college as well. Just a kid who really likes playing football.

A couple of good days in a row in Houston on case counts (204 and 412). 7-day average continues to inch back down...hopefully that trend continues. That said, reporting inconsistencies are becoming apparent so it's hard to get too excited yet.
It does feel like its just working it way though kinda like New York experienced. Only time will tell, but I don't feel like much is different from March vs now as far as what people are doing.

No one can beat that rate with Oncor.
Just a thanks for bumping this thread this week... I had been on a plan I had needed to switch and hadn't realized how badly I was getting bent over.... switched over to TriEagle now as well.

I didn’t realize September 5th was a month away. Good to know.
On a serious note, most of install is done in fall camp and that hasn’t been significantly derailed yet. Most players have been working out with the team, except for the 15 or so who were isolated, and even some of them have still been working out individually. We are approaching the point where interference could make it difficult to be ready to play, but if they only play conference games that would buy another month so there’s still some time, but it certainly could get derailed if players keep contracting the virus.
yeah, sorry was talking HS ball in Texas

Concerned about HS football also. My son will be a Senior, won't play in college, so this will be it. I'm hoping for the best but bracing for the worst. Getting more ragey by the day at people who refuse to wear masks, make any attempt to social distance, etc. because of the infringement on their rights.
I really feel Texas is looking to flip to spring football. I think it's the only real shot. They lost spring workouts, had to stop summer workouts but somehow are supposed to have games in a month? They need fall just to orient going back to school and getting players back into condition (some do, some don't)... playing in August in TX with only a week or two head start not going to work. Plus right now most players haven't even gotten new physicals as that whole assembly line process was shutdown.

I'm just pretending to think there is still a chance.. All signs pointing in the same wrong direction.
Like looking around the poker table unable to find the fool. Damn it.

what type of plaster are y’all getting? we’re currently set to get quartzscapes in tahoe blue. we was at my bro’s up in dallas this weekend and they have pebbletec. my kids complained that it’s a bit rough. we’ll see how the quartz feels.
Going with WetEdge Prism - Southern Lights. Pebble type product with glass beads thrown in. Its a lighter blue color, hoping for more of a blue / Caribbean type color look.
I too contemplated the pebble vs quartz but after trying and talking with pebble owners they all said its great and I'll like it.

And there it is. The contract is actually for 140 million.
If it's not guaranteed then it's not really a part of a "record contract" in my opinion. Mahomes can feel free to hold out if the market for QBs goes way up before a non-guaranteed season and I'd support that 100%. And the Chiefs can cut him instantly if he blows out his plant knee and throwing arm.
All things considered, seems like a pretty good contract for both sides.
also... you're thinking he might hold out on a $40M+ year??

Im in round rock. These gunite/shotcrete guys gonna turn me mad.
Still waiting to shoot mine.
We’re going with travertine as well.
All these pool guys are swamped.
I'm getting plastered this week (yes and yes)... design/dig/gunite were super fast for me... then sloooooow... motion set in with tile/decking/finish/ etc... lots of work, add in weather and COVID and long process. But can't wait for this week when pool is filled.

Have you looked at a DIY (pre charged) mini split? They are easy installs, real quiet, and work well.
Here is one at Lowe's for less than 1k and also qualifies for up to $300 tax credit.

Don't get let facts get in the way of what you think must be true.
From the paper...
"Our findings thus far do not indicate that the outbreak of protests on the net has led residents to spend more time outside their homes.
If anything, we find consistent evidence of an increase in social distancing behaviors on average.
...In this case, it is possible that we may see an increase in COVID-19 case growth, as a result of community spread from this subset of population (protest participants) for whom there was by definition an increase in out-of-home mobility and reduced social distancing. "So... those are the "experts" here?

Zytel equipment is designed (much like UniFi) to work together for simpler single app management. Replacing the router will take away that ability and could impact how well the other pieces will work or are managed. Zytel has 5yr warranty on their equipment unfortunately only for original purchaser as that router is not that old.
It's pretty rare for a router to fully quit so soon like that. I would try and replace the power supply for the router first as they tend to go out much more often before replacing the unit at which time I would do as others have suggested and swap to more "home" friendly versions since they will require less knowledge.

Yeah you’re really missing the point here.
If you or anyone else doesn’t know about the Negro National Anthem, I encourage you to listen to it and educate yourself. The history is really fascinating. I believe it’s still the Alma mater of PVAMU.
With that said, there are about 2,795 things the NFL could be doing to help with systemic racism, and playing the Negro National Anthem before every game in Week 1 is number 2,795 on the list.
Oh, I totally get it and have known about it.
What I don't think is that the NFL doing this will "improve" race relations, just the opposite.
