  1. Makes absolutely no fucking sense. I have to believe this is insiders colluding with banks/MMs and various PR companies to hype up their stock for 60-90 days while they cash the fuck out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Yeah I think you just helped solidify my $200 lotto ticket in NextEra 1/20/2023 $115 Calls. Where are the biggest utilities on the list? Southern, Duke, NRG, AEP, ENGIE, PSEG, DTE, Entergy? PG&E, SoCal Gas too. NextEra is already the biggest, and arguably the best managed, and they seem to have a head start. I think they had a stock split earlier this year so that’s fairly indicative of a healthy company with quality investments upcoming. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. https://www.power-eng.com/2020/07/29/energy-storage-milestone-pge-tesla-begin-building-730mwh-battery-system/#gref 20% of my portfolio went into Tesla post split and a lot of it was because of this article. If we ever want to hit our decarbonization goals, energy storage capturing damn near 100% of wind and solar off peak production is going to have to play a big part of that. I don’t really see any big names in that space. Maybe NextEra (which I am also long)? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. anyone watching this show? starts off a little slow, with a surprising amount of Travis Kelce believe it or not, then Armisen and Reilly show why they are some of the funniest actors in the business. highly recommend. full disclosure though, I did really like Space Force with Carell on Netflix but it looks like not too many people enjoyed it. they don't take themselves nearly as serious on Moonbase 8 though.

  9. nah son, public service = public lives. if the cop was stupid enough to publicly post racist shit, probably too stupid to be a cop as it is and he clearly has an inherently racial bias. totally and fundamentally unequipped to be a police officer and a ticking time bomb. https://www.nytimes.com/2020/09/16/world/europe/germany-police-far-right-chat-group.html switching it up a bit - do you think cops, who otherwise have a stellar record, should still be cops if it can clearly be shown that said cop has a history of posting racist shit on social media? 10. I’d probably like to see his social media posts but yeah, no heartache on my end. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. I honestly can’t tell if you’re being willfully obtuse or facetious here. Dude was armed. The bodycam was on the entire time. Legitimate deescalation for 15 minutes. Only one cop providing directions. No antagonizing bystanders. Actual remorse for shooting someone instead of a bunch of cops slapping each other and saying good shoot while they adjust the narrative to save their ass. Cuffed and given first aid within minutes. Give me an entire PD made up these cops and we can put all this shit behind us.
  12. which is why the question was directed to flatty.
  13. I'd shoot someone who was on my property actively lighting my house on fire, I don't think I'd shoot someone who threatened to burn down my house in the middle of the day on camera.
  14. ok man, that's all I wanted to know.
  15. ok so we're going to glance over the fact that the flag being set on fire is attached to said house while occupied? just trying to follow your logic.
  16. Nah, this whole exercise is focused on retaining the talent and not making a shitty situation worse. A good salesman/originator/account manager with technical experience and good contacts are very rare and are a recruiters wet dream (with the exception of O&G). Once a good employee starts thinking of greener pastures your in trouble. If it was a shitty employee who somehow formed an unbreakable bond with the client, which I’ve come to find out is pretty common, might play it differently.
  17. I like the enthusiasm but I’d like to see if flatty sees it the same way. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. https://www.nj.com/camden/2020/09/watch-culprit-caught-on-camera-trying-to-torch-familys-black-lives-matter-flag.html can we count on you to shoot this guy in the gut and watch him bleed out? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. My suggestion would be if you have a dedicated, experienced, capable account manager that you would like to retain - eat the loss and trust that the account manager is capable of utilizing the discount for future gains. Never been a fan of micromanaging. Otherwise you run the risk of losing a big client, losing a good employee with a significant amount of institutional knowledge to a competitor, and having to retrain a new employee who has a 75%+ chance of leaving you in less than two years. All while the whole market is upside down due to COVID. Yikes. Other than that, fuck you pay me. Clients rarely remember negative shit as long as you do good work, employees on the other hand - remember that time you took food out of their mouth. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. just wanted to say its been dope havin’ another brotha around these parts. especially when brothahorn starts talkin’ his bullshit.

  22. SNOW is officially available to retail at $276/share.
  23. Yup. Just coming to say this. It’s not even retail yet... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Buffet: buys SNOW at $80 pre ipo IPO goes live at $120 Closes around $140-$160 Buffet: "Well sheesh people getting greedy, I'll be fearful. Plus, I'm already up 50%+ and by my rules I'll cash out now, don't want to get slaughtered. " but in all seriousness, the amount of hype for this IPO is significant - Buffet, Salesforce, JPM, GS, Ackman. ~$35 billion valuations mean nothing in this day and age. I’m going to take a chunk and keep some powder dry for dollar cost averaging but our mini-correction this past month looks behind us and I see this as a huge momentum stock right out of the gate. rightly so tho, not a lot of companies can take on AWS-dominated space and live to tell the tale.
