Bill’s Oyster

Checking this place out near work. On 3rd between Colorado and LaVaca.  It is packed and seems fun.  Overpriced but oysters were good and bartenders seem smart.  Will be interested if they can make the margins they need to cover the overhead.  But recommend coming in at 4:30 or so and bellying up to bar. Talent has been spectacular.

We went there on Sunday shortly after it opened at 3pm. Sat at the bar and got the large seafood tower for four of us. It slammed and went hard in the paint. Guy next to us got the burger which looked fantastic (made with brisket and sirloin). It’s not light on the wallet, but food seems legit.
