  1. In n out is absolute garbage and I cannot emphasize that enough. I’ve had it twice, the first time was horrendous but it was so hyped that I gave it a second shot, it was worse the second time. The fries were inedible, I could slice some potatoes and put them in an air fryer and they would turn out ten times better. “Oh RGBIII but you need to get it animal style” no fuck that, if a burger can’t stand on its own without some extra bullshit then it is not a good burger. I would rather go to Burger King, Wendy’s or McDonald’s any day over that trash. The fact that people think it’s debatable between in n out and whataburger is mind numbingly stupid

  2. “OMG I can’t believe Sark isn’t going to do anything about the defense. He’s having a good offseason but he needs to address that side of the ball” *Brings in Gary Patterson* ”Wait, don’t address it that way!”

  3. Fuck that shit. He better throw that garbage in the trash and go to a Whataburger

  4. Surprised the entire fanbase hates him so much just based on rumors and stuff his sooner dad said. Dude waited his turn here, played hurt behind a disaster of an o-line, never seemed to quit or be a bitch on the field. Above all, he’s from an entirely sooner family and chose to play for Texas, then transfer to Nebraska. That’s an A+ troll. He’s ok in my book.

  6. Some 2,025 Americans died yesterday. US health officials now say the first Covid-related death in the US was two years ago tomorrow -- January 9, 2020. Since that time, 849K Americans have died from the disease. That's an average of 1,163 dead Americans each day. Many days lower, many days higher. So yesterday 2,025 Americans died, some 74% higher than the average daily death rate so far, and you have the gall to say "the pandemic is over"? On behalf of 2,025 grieving American families, I say fuck you.

  8. That makes me sad. I’d have taken the Gerg with Alzheimer’s over any DC we’ve had since Muschamp. RIP Gerg. You brought competence to this job twice in a time where competence was at short supply around here.

  9. um, what? you are such a fucking joke of a poster. when people roll their eyes at you, it's a pretty clear indication that maybe you haven't thought things through. but it's also an indication of disagreement, and you know what? disagreeing about political opinions is basically the fucking foundation of this country. when you bitch about people being intolerant of your opinions, you are basically being a child about it. argue your opinions. complaining about people disagreeing? i mean, are you 7 years old? this is why i laugh when people talk about the cloak room as a cabal or however you want to try to characterize it. i'm sorry yall cannot successfully argue your opinions. this isn't an echo chamber any more than the old shaggybevo cr was a conservative echo chamber. good rhetoric with good opinions - that works. when you can't argue successfully, you should not blame the person with whom you argue. it's on you, dude.

  10. Story time. A few years ago I took my daughter to a birthday party at a friend's house. Her friend asked if I wanted to come inside and meet her dad. Sure. So I go inside, and Gus Fring is standing there. Like, the actual Gus Fring. Giancarlo Esposito. He was on crutches because he had just torn his leg up while filming Better Call Saul. Interesting guy. He has a picture hanging in his living room of his two-face scene from BB.

  11. Whataburger breakfast is incredible. Taquitos, breakfast on a bun, HBCB…but the breakfast burger they have that’s limited time only is the ultimate breakfast sandwich. Burger patty, cheese, hashbrowns, egg, bacon and their creamy pepper sauce on a bun. It is truly perfection

  12. Yeah, I don’t think I’m going to put much stock into what a 1st year power 5 analyst thinks. I’m not giving Sark the benefit of the doubt either but let’s let your buddy stick to cutting up film.

  23. You’re not paying attention. People here aren’t responding to us not getting Neyor nearly as much as we are responding to the staff literally telling everyone they’ve got Neyor sewn up and then him going elsewhere. That’s where the criticism is coming from. And before it happened with Neyor, it happened with no shit about 6-8 recruits this fucking cycle, so let’s not pretend this isn’t a trend, or their repeated whiffs while thinking certain kids were coming here isn’t indicative they can’t read a recruitment. Or that there is a Problem with the support staff…which was outlined and bemoaned with Brandon Harris for about 3 weeks, right before he was retained. but yes, you’ve got it all figured out with your simplistic “haters gonna hate the coaches” bullshit.

  29. I had the chance to catch up with a buddy the other day. He's a nice kid from a good family and just started a job as a french fry analyst. He agrees with my disappointment that in-n-out fries suck and points out it's doubly disappointing because their shtick is that they slice their potatoes fresh in-house each day. My buddy points out that in n out uses cottonseed oil to fry instead of something tastier. Also the potato they use is the Kennebec and it's not as starchy as the Russett, which is what the competition uses. Also because in-n-out uses fresh potatoes, often the potato itself is out of season and past its prime. Further, in n out doesn't soak their fries in cold water before throwing them in the fryer. And making it even worse they also don't double fry them to make sure they're nice and crisp. The only workaround, per my buddy, is to ask for them well done or if you want to add a lot of ingredients to smother the shitty fry, get them well done with animal style.

  30. Got to catch up with a buddy last night who just got his first P5 analyst gig. He was a walk on for us and would give his left nut to help Texas get better. He completely went off on Sark and your word of incompetence best summarizes his thoughts. Its fucking depressing. He says its a pretty common opinion in their world that Sark is out of his depth defensively. He says Patterson is heading our way (doesnt know in what capacity) and should make a difference, but he basically thinks Sark is a joke outside of being an OC and Patterson knows it because its common knowledge. He doesnt expect them to get along very well but thinks its better than letting Sark continue to fuck it up. He also thinks Kelly was a laughably bad hire at LSU, and cant believe Jimbo hired Durkin who he expects to be a disaster. He said a lot of people in that community were surprised Napier didnt get the LSU gig.

  33. I binged Breaking Bad last summer and had the same experience as texifornia. Fucking terrible. Watched it the whole way through and remain perplexed by the love. I think binging versus watching it as it come out plays a role. Lots of misery packed into 3 hours if you watch 3-4 in a row. Binging can legit change the way a series unfolds. I heard nothing but hate about the second season of True Detective from anyone and everyone. My wife had one of our kids right as the show was being released, so we never watched it and then heard the hate, so it was like 3 years later when we saw it. It wasn’t anything wonderful, but it wasn’t worthy of all of the hatred. Also, season 1 of True Detective is a top 10 dramatic tv season of all time. Also also, if the clown show has moved on to all time greatest series, Dallas is the fucking archetype for a bunch of shows being discussed. I’ve seen the whole series 3 times and it’s amaze balls. @SydneyCarton is this board’s Cliff Barnes. @texifornia is this board’s Sue Ellen.

  34. Pandemic is not over. It is ongoing because of misinformation campaigns and morons. I wear my mask because I do not want to be responsible for harming others. I also want to protect my family and we are all fortunate enough to be vaccinated, however we can still catch the motherfucker and spread it to people who cannot get vaccinated. I am not sure what a huge believer is. Is that a 400 lb Baptist?
