His name has been toyed with so much around here, I couldn't swear I can remember which is his real name at this point.

    And I'm ok with that.

  2. The performances in this were absolutely atrocious. They tried to capture the effortless cool of the Clooney/Pitt flicks and failed miserably. Bullock as a cynical tough was a miscast. The others insisted upon themselves.

OTOH, it's pretty alarming when Wendelstedt can say "I don't care who it was" and he knows there likely won't be any repercussions for him.

This is the bigger deal to me. Literal confession that he makes up his own rules.

Ryan Reynolds has hooked up with the hottest chicks, over-acted badly in many of his early roles, made hundreds of millions of dollars on business dealings on top of his movie earnings, and even owns an English soccer team.  There are so many reasons for me to be jealous of him and hate him.

    But I don't.  I can't.  Instead, he is my man-crush.

    LFG

One of my great celebrity sightings was when I was seated at a table in the main room at Commander's Palace and he and co-star (Green Lantern) Blake Lively wound through the dining room on their way to an upstairs private dinner. Nobody in my party understood why I was more excited to see Michael Eugene Leslie "Berg" Bergen in person than the other one. As he was still married to ScarJo at the time, I probably witnessed him getting as close to a puppy drowning scumbag as he has ever been with that tryst.

I'll be very disappointed if we're not a high seeded playoff team.

Gotta win your conference if you want that.  Best the #2 in a conference can get is a 5 seed.

Season 9 Thank You GIF by The Office

January Jones is 46. Y'all really need to account better for aging now that you're old(er).

Great show. Soundtrack quickly became cliche. Set up some good cliffhangers.

  8. Reports: David Pierce to take over as Texas pitching coach

After cycling through three pitching coaches in the last five years, the Longhorns head coach is going to assume control himself.

I have no idea who Dua Lipa is, and I wish her all the best.  But this is gonna be a tough act to follow, literally.

Google is your friend here. She’s insanely attractive.

Love me some Stapleton and Gosling is a goddamn treasure, but I would toss them both out of a moving plane for a chance to be murdered by Dua Lipa.

They don't think they need help at TE but the staff also doesn't see a TE1 on the roster.

A TE1 on that offense would be like slapping a set of Pirellis on your '98 Yugo hatchback. Might look nice, but still won't make a damn bit of difference.

LCK is pretty entertaining so far.

No spoiler cuz all should be watching, but If you ain’t watching LCK you’re missing Soo much of the competition. Will be hilarious to watch reaction if Soo does make it out and comes waltzing into the room.  Everybody be like, who the fuck is this guy?

I have been on teams like that. Once you start losing, it becomes contagious, you start finding ways to lose and choking in the big moments. Really easy to lose the locker room after that unless you are an amazing coach. There are always a couple of guys who give 1000% but the majority of the team just quits and starts looking forward to next season.

Not sure why, but I feel like I might have just watched DP’s last Longhorn Coached game.

With all due respect, that's just an absolutely dumbass thing to feel.  You  really think CDC is going to fire a coach with a winning record in the middle of the season? Recalibrate my man.
