  1. Sturgill was on the opry tonight. Replaying Friday at 9 on willies roadhouse Siriusxm. It was a full on bluegrass set. Mandolin and banjo.
  2. Water is wet The sky is blue....
  3. What are y’all using to get in the crevices to get stuff out? Brushes or just the corner of a rag?
  4. Need recommendations for interior. Dash and instrument cluster mostly. So much dust!
  5. Whachu talking? I have zero experience with Korean accents. Are they really bad?
  6. Same. Genuine laughs. And now I have a crush on Andrea Bang. She’s just so damn cute.
  7. Anyone willing to figure out how much she charges? [emoji47]
  8. Dead to me. Creepy, funny, disturbing, emotional. Great show. Can’t wait to see where they go next season.
  9. Couldn’t find a better link. So much going on here.
  10. Please share the results of that poll.
  11. If caterpillar still made truck motors it would have said “Purple painted pussy powered pete”
  12. Only good paying loads. I ain’t cheap.
  13. My company has a brokerage which means they have their own customer base that needs trucks to haul their loads. So 99% of the time I haul loads generated by our company. As a lease driver I pay the company a % of the loads I haul for them. And the rates are set by my company. If I go independent with my own authority I will have access to may other brokers and can haul any loads I want to. I will no longer be paying a percentage but will be able to negotiate the price I am willing to haul the loads for. Pros of a lease: I have a dispatcher that coordinates loads for me to keep me moving. Cons of a lease: I have a dispatcher that basically determines how much money I can earn each week. Pros of independence: I am the only one that determines how much money I can make each week. Cons of independence: I don’t have a company that I’m tied to with consistent loads.
  14. Yes, for now. They have been good enough to me that I was able to buy my own truck. And it’s the first step in working towards my own authority.
  15. I loaded up in Sherman Tuesday. Trying to get unloaded in Seattle tomorrow but they are telling me I have to wait til Monday. Motherfuckers! I’ve got a good friend that lives up there so at least I’ll have a drinking buddy this weekend. My last tank of fuel. That was fighting a head wind across KS,CO, and WY yesterday. The mileage should go up as the motor gets broken in and loosens up a bit. This bitch has plenty of power. 34k on the deck and climbs hills like they aren’t even there. Came off a 5% grade in the big hole let off the gas and the jake had me down to 60mph. Translation: I am very happy with my truck so far. When I get a good flat stretch and no wind I’ll test that governed limit. Just to see what it will actually do.
  16. Ain’t no feelin’ like petermobilin’
  17. Saw all this yesterday. The fact that he blew by the runaway ramps pretty much seals his fate. A lot of guys out here complain about the new breed of truck driver( steering wheel holders). This is an example of that . There was a whole genre of music based off of the notion that truck drivers would take their own lives in order to save others. [/url] They need to birth this guy under the jail.
  18. This one was $47 and of course they did a shitty job. Minimum wage teenagers don’t care about quality or pride in work. I’ll probably have to find a pro that will come to the house and wash it if I want a quality job.
  19. Saw it on Reddit. It is a picture simulating what it’s like to have a stroke. Things are vaguely familiar but you can’t place what they actually are.
