The greatest Thanksgiving movie of all time
This is in the top 5 worst takes ever on this site. And I read the football board and (occasionally) the cloak room.

I see nothing wrong with that dialogue.

Tom Herman 𝗁̷Fired by Florida Atlantic
As I said a few weeks ago, he should have taken an OC job at a good school to start with, like Sark did. Sark said he specifically turned down lower tier HC offers, presumably because he knew they were dead end/ no win situations.

Quinn "La Joya" Ewers - The Man The Myth The Mullet, Now Starting for the Miami Dolphins
QE has not shown anything remotely close to (a) this season. If he does I will commend him and praise Jebus.

lol "slight." Any GM that drafts QE is a fool. Good for him that the NFL is chock full of them.

Quinn "La Joya" Ewers - The Man The Myth The Mullet, Now Starting for the Miami Dolphins
One universal constant of being a UT fan is that no matter how shitty a certain coach or player is, there will always be some small subset of posters defending them to the bitter end. Hell, we even had people defending chuckles strong after losing to Kansas. I think (hope?) most rational fans realize QE is not a very good QB at this point, and he's trending downward. Does anyone really think he's the type of dude that can lead us down the field against a top 5-10 team late in the game to win a championship? Cause that's what Sark has built this roster for. Instead, at the slightest bit of pressure he pisses down his leg and reverts to his worst habits. So he dinks and dunks his way to success against shit defenses and makes some nice touch passes now and again. Cool. That ain't gonna cut it.

He didn't deserve to see the pussy. Hopefully she sent him a picture of her roommate taking a shit.

Quinn "La Joya" Ewers - The Man The Myth The Mullet, Now Starting for the Miami Dolphins
If everyone knows Arch will be starting next year even if QE tries to come back, Arch should be starting now. What must be done eventually should be done immediately.

I'm worried about this. Absolutely no way he should be allowed to be here next year.

He should have been benched long ago. Sark's love affair with this dude is bizarre.

Unpopular movie opinions
Lots of shorts jizzing for Almost Famous on this site (and this thread), but it's a giant meh of a movie for me. The almost plane crash scene was funny though.

HOLY SHIT. Zodiac Cipher Solved, 50 years later.
ALA's fingerprints also didn't match the bloody fingerprints from the cab driver murder, nor the physical description of the killer from eyewitnesses (including a cop). It wasn't him. Anyone convinced of anything from some silly Netflix documentary is a fucking idiot that probably thinks Steven Avery is innocent.

DISCLAIMER* - Apple TV+ Series, Oct 11, Cate Blanchett, Kevin Kline, Written/Directed by Alfonso Cuarón
I was a little slow in realizing it, but I found myself asking in episode 4 or 5 how the mom knew so many details about what actually happened. And then I connected it to the fact that most of Kevin Kline's knowledge of the whole affair came from the book. So then it hit me this was all just some imagined version of the truth, hence the disclaimer title. I recall when they saw Jonathon's body they found some mark on his arm. Has that been explained? If not, it could be connected to what really happened.

Lincoln Riley to USC
I haven't watched USC much at all this year, but I'm guessing their demise is due to: 1) poor defense (always been Riley's weakness) 2) opposing defenses have adjusted to his offense and he has no answer 3) No all-world QB to save the day

Tom Herman 𝗁̷Fired by Florida Atlantic
he hasn't won a conference game this year. I'm not sure how much longer he'll be there. He should have waited on an opening as an OC at a respectable program to rebuild his career. If he gets fired at FAU, his time as a real HC is probably over.
