  1. Taylor Potts probably doesn't.
  2. Fans want what their team doesn't have...until they have it, at which time they want something else. It's a perpetual loop. I'm thrilled with this hire and excited to see how it helps us take the next step up as a program.
  3. "Hollywood & Arch" could be the 2020s version of "Miami Vice." Two buddies from opposite sides of town pool their talents to score TDs while also battling a notorious impermissible benefits cartel run by Reggie Bush and Johnny Manziel. Barry Switzer plays himself.
  4. Carlton tweak something, or is Vic just giving Sidberry extra run tonight?
  5. Judd's confident and relaxed. You can tell she knows the game. Pretty remarkable debut, all things considered.
  6. Clearly malicious
  7. She's alive!
  8. He's our coach. I think he's a big upgrade from RT and am not sure who'd have been a better pick at the time we needed to make that change. So I'll simply hope we improve steadily under his watch.
  9. 41-30 at the half. Outscored 12-3 late.
  10. I think Swain has regressed every week.
  11. Will our RPI suffer if we win by 45? Up 20 now.
  12. Livingstone was far from our greatest problem on offense. He made some great catches...especially in the first half of the season, when Mosley was out and Arch was having major accuracy issues.
  13. I rarely suggest anyone on this board has had a bad take, but this is one.
  14. What defender needs to read and react when you can react and then read?
  15. The ship carrying Cam Ward and Fernando Mendoza has sailed.
  16. I'm sure Haynes King can offer his teammate a great endorsement of playing in aggyland.
  17. From June 2025: Q: Can you share your recruiting story and why you decommitted from Nebraska? Ayden: "I committed to Nebraska soon after June 15th, but later realized Texas was a better fit. I decommitted in October of my senior year. It was stressful, but it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Everyone’s recruiting journey is different. I emailed coaches, sent highlights, and showed interest early. If you're thinking of transferring or decommitting, do it. You have to follow your heart and avoid regrets." https://www.2adays.com/blog/ayden-ames-talks-recruiting-gatorade-glory-and-flexworks-camp/#:~:text="I committed to Nebraska soon,Texas was a better fit.
  18. Whatever the Wisconsin S&C guy did to help Colyer add a self-reported 4" to her vertical this year, let's find out and mimic it. Or just hire him/her away.
  19. An all-around weak team performance, no doubt. I did think it was odd having Harvey suddenly reappear for long stretches after being a chronic DNP lately.
  20. For whatever reason(s), she didn't get a lot of run yesterday.
  21. No, it's not nearly the same USC without Watkins. But forget all that and just watch UCONN. They're a relentless machine.
  22. We and maybe LSU have more of a chance to beat them than do most other teams, both due to talent and coaching. That said, I just can't ignore UCONN's ability to handle pressure, control the boards and lean on the opposition's D in ways other teams can't. It's almost as if they have a couple Bookers on the court at all times. We desperately need Crump and Preston back to make it a more fair fight.
  23. If there's a hit, I think it's only a brief blip on the big picture. As of today, which school is better in women's sports overall? Making the Elite Eight with a young VB team (as opposed to aggy's 9 seniors) was a decent run. Not the ending we wanted, but we're a blueblood most people see as being on an upward trajectory again. And that new facility can't hurt. Softball and basketball are clearly well entrenched and have even fuller talent pipelines at the moment. They'll likely keep contending. Now throw in rowing, swim/dive, tennis, golf, track/field and beach VB, along with new blood coaching soccer, and most women's sports are either already elite or showing signs of getting there. Aggy and other schools will come and go in certain sports, but CDC isn't going to let any area lag for long.
  24. I assumed from the start that Akina was a transitional coach for us, in part due to his age. As we didn't seem to get any clear benefit from his "teaching," it's hard for me to grasp his being around in 2026. But I don't claim to know who the best replacement would be.
