  1. Deserved to lose that set.
  2. Good thing AVW and Nya made the trip.
  3. Stafford not being Stafford so far.
  4. What a strange set. Not our finest work so far.
  5. Hope the Vols men and women enjoyed getting their skulls crushed today. 🤘
  6. Coleman and Brito both were elite individual players and champions, but their over-the-top histrionics annoyed me to no end. Jennings I saw as a classier opponent, for what little it's worth. But no one really cares. How much Shelton really hates Texas I have no idea, but there must be something there for it to have come up in the broadcast. Did Elliott not recruit her? Did her parents or HS coach attend one of our rival schools?
  7. In her own way, she's nearly as annoying as Jayda Coleman was. And that was pretty annoying. Both great players, but the kind any opponent loved to see lose.
  8. Unfortunately, this team doesn't block very well when it really needs to. Too bad they're not playing any clutch D, either.
  9. Spears has been way too mortal tonight.
  10. Perfect Longhorn lass
  11. Let's play better.
  12. No argument there.
  13. After Babcock's freshman season I was thinking she needed to enter the portal and get to Austin. Unstoppable when as dialed in as she was today. Oh, well.
  14. Particularly when said team comes into the game being well below average in sacks and TFLs and then throws around our OL like the rag dolls they now seem to be.
  15. Good points. Even with all our troubles, if Arch throws that single slant to Mosley a couple feet lower as the blitz arrives, we might well win in regulation and feel a wee bit better about last night. Credit to Stoops for dialing up the pressure, but I'm sad we weren't able to diagnose and avoid the heat much better than we did.
  16. Mack won a whole lot of games. But we also suffered some devastating losses with teams swimming in NFL talent. OU, Tech, Bama and even Colorado all took their turns beating us when we had the players to prevent it. I call that disappointment, in several cases much worse than this year's.
  17. Pre- and post-VY Mack did a great job of wasting elite talent on both sides of the ball.
  18. After that abomination of a football game last night, I'm even more eager than usual to see our volleyballers stomp a mudhole. The fact they get a chance to do it against OU is even better.
  19. Do what you gotta do to grow the fanbase.
  20. I think there was broad belief Arch would be much better throwing downfield than Quinn was, so it was assumed he'd have no issues throwing the short or intermediate routes. Plus, he'd add a lot more ability to make plays with his legs. Some of those pluses were seen in spot duty, but not as a starter. I guess another way of looking at it is, how would Quinn look standing behind this OL and without Golden, Bijan, Worthy, Helm, Sanders or Blue to throw to? We haven't seamlessly reloaded our weaponry, that's for sure.
  21. I'm sick about our offense, but the fact Arch looked better in it last year suggests to me that our weak OL and lackluster receiver play are largely to blame. Few guys block consistently well. No current WR or TE can get separation play after play. I'm sure not saying Arch is blameless, because he's made a TON of bad throws...but this is a shadow of the offensive group who surrounded him as a backup.
  22. Except for some really good human-interest pieces now and again, I don't get that much out of the Saturday morning shows. And I can watch those videos whenever I like. Almost everything surrounding the games is now so overdone on so many platforms I don't find it worth wading through. But I still love to watch the games themselves.
  23. Pretty sleepy set to this point. Gimme a dose of Devin.
  24. What a roasting this is. Put an apple in that pig's mouth.
