  1. TN with lapses but hanging in there, 22-24. And then a service error. 😡
  2. More TN errors in Set 2, but hanging in at 10-13.
  3. Wild first set for UK-TN. Vols up 24-20. Vols win 25-20.
  4. You might be right. Zero guarantees of stardom. But even if Walker never starts for us and ends up with Robin's career averages of 4.7 and 9.4 yards per rush and reception, respectively, that's not a wasted scholarship. You need one of those guys around.
  5. I certainly hope he sticks with us. No inside info, but I wouldn't be shocked if NC is in such dire straits for a "win" that they're waving a monster bag.
  6. Getting ideas that Cleveland might bolt for NC. Hope I'm wrong.
  7. Listen, if all Walker does is take Roberson's spot on special teams we're likely going to be better.
  8. Given the trouble we have defending these Western teams who run and gun, I'd start with getting some perimeter D.
  9. Nice quarter. When do our real players return?
  10. Cut way down on service errors from some recent matches, which also was great to see.
  11. Taking care of bidness. Me likey.
  12. Might want to have your kids avert their eyes.
  13. No doubt. It's been an issue of late. But when she keeps her return within the same zip code as a teammate, we usually can survive it.
  14. Glad we're focused and pushing for quick points. Let's get this one in the bag and chill.
  15. No WBB team is going to Loyola Marymount its way to high-level success. Come tournament time, there's eventually going to be a hard-nosed opponent with offensive talent plus a commitment to defense. You can't win without both. Then again, if you see college as just a steppingstone to the WNBA, you aren't prioritizing team success anyway. Plenty of evidence of that on the men's side, especially here in the age of NIL.
  16. What scares me is the fact that after this endless string of mistakes, he's still in there. Can't speak too well for whoever is behind the guy on D or STs.
  17. I spy him on the bench.
  18. Wow. Lack of discipline goes beyond flags.
  19. Were he facing our D, 500.
  20. Complementary football!
  21. Moore better than Mosley? If you say so.
  22. Probably an Aggy spy drone
  23. That's also what I'm wondering. When I see Booker out there playing the full 94 feet, sharing the ball and clearly having fun doing it on a powerhouse team, I naturally assume that should be appealing to any elite prospect. But that clearly isn't true in some cases. Not to say all players in other top programs have an easy time showcasing their offensive talents — Geno in particular gets his stars to play physical team ball — but you're not going to come to Texas and be a mad gunner who lollygags between your shots. It's easy to see why Chavez looked for somewhere she could.
