  1. Stearns 🇺🇸out (after being up a break in the 3rd to 36 year-old mother of two, Tatjana Maria🇩🇪.

Kenin 🇷🇺/🇺🇸 out in straight routine sets to Schmeeedluvah🇸🇰!

  2. From the sudden silence regarding two DTs from Michigan’s national championship team entering the portal, my guess is that…

3 1/2 months was enough time for wealthy Wolverines to finish sucking each other off and come to the realization that they needed to pony up or their DL studs could be gone in late May, only to return for a “One Night Only Encore Performance” in early September.

At least one of those guys was a “Texas will definitely be interested, let’s see if they enter the portal.” about 3-5 times per week from late January up until last Friday.

    Now nothing.

In reality, Arch will be our starter for the 2025 season (and for some of this year when Quinn has his inevitable few games) and then he’ll be out (if it all plays out the best way it can).  I think this QB will come down to how Sark sees Owens.

We'll be in a very interesting position for 2026 if Arch plays well and leaves after '25. X
The options would be inexperienced RS-SO Owens, RS-FR Lacey, and a true freshman. Wouldn't surprise me to see us go out and get a 1-year portal rental for that year unless Owens or Lacey are well ahead of schedule.

Show me a Manning who has left college after 1 year of CFB.

Maybe I have listened to Bobby Burton & Gerry repeat it about 30 times, but the Manning family, and statistics, show that a QB with 25 or more starts is much more likely to experience success in the NFL than a QB with fewer starts than that.

It is a big reason that Quinn is returning for a third year and unless Arch starts 12+ games this year, there is virtually zero chance that Arch goes pro after next year (2025), no matter how great his season is.

The Mannings are focused on that 2nd, 3rd, and maybe 4th NFL contract. Leaving after one starting season is not part of any plan.

Norton, my friend, how would you like to fuck up a run play? I know you want to fuck it up, Norton. And you know that I know that you know that I know that you wanna fuck it up. Now, the Center is gonna bend over, and when he does, start fucking it up.

  5. If we don’t make it out of the group, it won’t matter. No one is getting fired. That’s why we needed to lose to Jamaica.

the qb position better be an open competition this aug, whether sark admits it or not

ewers should have went pro. he had two top nfl wr’s prospects last year, and a good te  ….

Your take is as laughable as your grammar.

Ewers is the starter this year until he gets knocked out of a game and can’t play the next one.

At the start of any single game this fall, Ewers is a better QB than Arch until Arch gets enough game time to show otherwise.
I hope that Arch gets at least 30 pass attempts this year even if Quinn never gets knocked out of a game. I would love for him to top 50 attempts on the season

    In my not-so-humble opinion…

If Quinn had declared for the draft, Arch would have been a better QB by the end of the season this year than Quinn actually will be.

I think that Arch will be a better college QB than Quinn (and a better pro) and will get to the highest level of college QB play much faster than Quinn, but Quinn stayed in school (which he desperately needed to do) and that has pushed back Arch’s development.

  8. What a memorable day of top level tennis in Portugal 🇵🇹 as all 4 women in the semis GAVE IT THEIR ALL, but alas only 2 women could make it through to the final.

Took 8 match points, but Kostyuk finally defeated Gauff

Was pulling for Kostyuk due to the whole Ukraine 🇺🇦 situation as well I because I know that I love her ass, but…

Her pseudo wrestling singlet with a skirt that starts at the bottom of her ribs thing that she has going on is making it difficult to remember her rump.

Kostyuk needs to fire her stylist.

Gauff could have easily won today. Kostyuk could have won before the 8th match point. They both made so many…

“Are you fucking kidding me? You suck!”

…mistakes that it was a little laughable.

I know we live in a new basketball reality, but not once playing consecutive years with the same team for his entire college and high school career still feels like a red flag.

World Cup winner Emiliano Martínez produced more shootout heroics against French opposition, saving twice to help Aston Villa beat Lille 4-3 on penalties to reach the Europa Conference League semifinals in France on Thursday.

Martínez denied Nabil Bentaleb and, with the final kick, Benjamin André, to give Villa victory after the quarterfinal tie had finished 3-3 on aggregate following extra time.

The Villa goalkeeper. who was booked during regulation time for time wasting, was also shown a second yellow card in the shootout for his disruptive antics but was allowed to continue as cautions do not carry over into penalties.

It is definitely LOL, but honestly, presuming Wrexham do get promoted, and Rob and Ryan are willing to pay up, I imagine they are going to try to place some US names on the team.  Weston is too good, but if I am, say, Haji Wright, and they are willing to throw Championship money at me, I am listening.

And now Paula quits at 3-all, tears everywhere.

She was obviously not well. You could tell that she was likely to quit at any time and actually it appeared that the more she exerted herself during the points, the more likely she was making things worse.

If she had taken advantage of those set points in the first set, she would have only been slightly injured at the end of the 2nd set and likely would have been able to play her next match today.

Now Badosa may be out a week or three.

  14. Raducanu is playing well vs Angie Kerber, which I thought was a good sign.
    …Then I looked up Kerber’s current ranking…

    Kerber is #332.

    Raducanu is #303.

    2 1 Kerber

    6 6 Raducanu

    Never forget. "Bowling for Dollars".

When I was really young, I thought that the studio for Bowling For Dollars was directly behind the news desk and he went from the end of the 6:00pm News to hosting the 6:30pm BfD show.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a BfD intro for Verne, just one for someone in another city.

I really wasnt that big on going to the sec. I’m coming around to it though. Especially because it annoys the aggy fucksticks so much.

Definitely not a fan of the SEC either.

I always wanted us to join the PAC, but sports is so low on the totem pole of things to watch in person and on TV that it is a hard sell.

The B1G would have been a better academic fit, but the travel would have been hellacious on the kids & fans.

The SEC ultimately made the most sense if football was going to be 95% of the influence on conference selection.

Did a report on U.A.E. in 6th grade when each kid got a country and we stood up in front of the class and told a short history of the country and which natural resources they had (that American owned companies could go in and extract after bribing the country’s ruling family).

Looking back, our textbook kind of helped us identify potential targets for international natural resource date rape.
