Stuffed your mom's stocking one Christmas in the 80's, so this hits close to home.

    So you're the guy.

She told me about going to a bar after a lame office Christmas party with some friends and playing Truth or Dare. She had to fuck the most pathetic guy there, but when she took him to the backroom and took off her clothes the guy blew his load into her stockings without even touching her.

You owe my mom a pair of pantyhose!

This is the right way to think about it.

Also, info flow regarding ATM for me is not fluid. I hear stuff sometimes in real time and sometimes months later, mostly due to the nature of my relationships with those involved. I don't know with any certainty where things go from here for them with this class, but in line with what I relayed about Hill and the pool party, there are people involved with ATM who think they're going to bring the world crashing down around everyone else again with massive bags late in the cycle. As far as I can deduce, they are wishcasting and full of shit. I do not give that info the same credibility as their approach to Hill. Caveat emptor on that tidbit.

My issue there is that it implies they don't have the money now, they don't have a clue on NIL, and they'd need to win a fuckton of games on top of that to be really interesting. NIL deals for other schools might as well be signed in blood once a player commits, for a bunch of reasons not worth going into here right now, to boot. Other schools are not fucking around this cycle.

ATM also doesn't actually have supporters sitting on $30million annually to just sling at guys in order to make Seven Loss Steve and Nick Saban cry. They spent $3+million in bag money last cycle and then were mostly sitting on their hands with the transfer portal afterwards. Hell, $3million in bag money was double anything anyone had ever heard of and is basically dwarfed already for this cycle via legit NIL work at various schools.

They also got a lot of mileage out of (miraculously) beating Alabama last year.

Sure, they were planning all along to drop the bags, but if Fisher loses to Saban after pretty much guaranteeing a win over the summer they don't have the recruiting momentum to sweep up all those 5 stars.

    Like Urquidy!

...or like Valdez, Javier, and Garcia who have all needed a calming veteran influence that Maldonado seems to excel at.

If Vazquez in-game combined with Maldonado pre-game and between innings is good enough, then we need Vazquez playing more.

I just don't know how good Vazquez is at running a game.

Why worry so much about Gullette.

He can't play next year, right?
So... even if we lose the race this year, we have a whole next year to flip him before he ever plays a snap.

Please correct me if I'm wrong but I think we're already pretty much locked into at least a top ~15 class even if we don't sign anyone else this year???
That's pretty damn good for a second year coach coming off a 5-7 first year record.

Wrong. His goal is to rehab and early grad so he can participate in Spring practice.

Maldy should only be catching Verlander. Vasquez is good and young enough to play 5 days a week.

It doesn't matter who catches Verlander, he's going to be dominant. It's the younger guys who need a steady catcher.

  6. Conversation overheard inside Jimbo Fisher's office:

Evan Stewart - "Coach Fisher, I'm hitting the transfer portal ASAP unless you do something about Coach Craig. I'm tired of his stories about how he was going to be the number one overall pick until those crooked refs let Payton Manning beat him in the SEC championship, and he would have won the Super Bowl but those idiots at Carolina wouldn't put him in the game, and those stupid GM's in the NFL wouldn't give him another chance even though he threw for 600 yards in one game in Europe (BTW, what the fuck is a claymore or haggis??), and how he should get all the credit for Jameis Winston but the biased media are keeping him down, and that he would be the head coach right now at Auburn but they're all racists, and that he should be the head coach at LSU but that grass-eating bastard messed everything up, and now he has to pass by that racist statue every damn day and then deal with WR divas and all their emo drama when he should be coaching QB's and calling all the plays if there was any justice in the world. He's driving me crazy. It's either him or me."

Jimbo Fisher - "OK Evan. I'll see what I can do."

I love people outside of the situation telling people in the know what did or did not happen. I am telling YOU what happened and why USC is on the board. No one else made that offer. And now you are questioning whether she is as good as being stated? Her touching 10.5 on video can easily be found online. Houston Skyline is the best volleyball program in the city. They literally pluck away everyone's best players. Go look at their 15's top team and you will see a pic of her on it. They have been begging her to come over for a couple years now but mom didn't want to make the commitment(drive), as they are way across town. She had been playing club close to home. However, with Braylan soon to be gone they can start focusing on her so she just took their invite for this upcoming season. She didn't even have to try out, and everyone in the city is trying to get on that team. You don't play top team for Skyline unless you are uber talented. Ask Madi Skinner or her sister. She also just made Friendswood's varsity vball team as a freshman which is a big accomplishment with the talent and lack of senior movement they have this year. Oh, she is also ranked number 45 in the country in the 26 class in basketball. It should be pretty obvious at this point that I am extremely close to the situation. Like, "had I asked when I saw them last night they probably would've told me" close. But being where I attended college I didn't want to press the issue. Also, Pops Shelby played for pig so my swaying is not appreciated anyway.

    Oh, you're "That Guy".

    Username checks out.

Here ya go.  Added offense and also added PFF overall player grades.  I know several posters on here think the PFF college grades are garbage (and maybe they are) but I figured it was at least one way to stack up past production against rest of depth chart and compared to D1 / Big 12 sample.

    Thanks again!

Where did you get the snaps info....especially the defensive breakdown between run, rush, and cover snaps?

I’d pay good money to witness the pitch to Malachi Nelson on why getting coached by Dameyune Craig is a better career decision than Lincoln Riley.

Isn't Jimbo essentially the QB coach and OC, just like Riley and Sark?

I’m going to put Wilson in the same bucket as Hicks and Toviano - all guys we should stay in touch with, keep working, and if we have a strong season on the field, we might be able to close the deal in December.

And if Sanders looks good at TE while we have a strong season we might be able to close the deal with Duce Robinson.

Except Shipley was exceptionally faster than Omeire ever was and Shipley is probably one of the best route runners we have ever had.

Yeah the slow guy, going to magically get faster.....Omeire is 995 fiction at this point.

You are reading a lot more into the comparison than what was intended.  I highly doubt Scipio (or anyone else with half a brain) would ever think that Omeire is going to have anywhere near the same success Shipley did. Pulling a Shipley (or a Scaife) just means that someone is able to come back and play after losing multiple seasons to injury.
