fuck all that. home and home or nothing. i probably got another 30 years in me, id like to see us whip their ass on their field for 15 of those.

...blah, blah, blah...
30 x .667 is .2001
Wow, you got that problem wrong every way possible.
First, your math is wrong. 30 x .667 is 20.01, not .2001. Decimals are complicated, should have used a calculator.
More important, you read the problem wrong. NOMAAA wants to see us win ON THEIR FIELD 15 times in the next 30 years. Unless we play more than half the 30 games on their field, the maximum times we can win on their field would be 15 times.
No points at all for you. Do better next time.

My freshman year was Weltlich's last year as coach. I knew a guy who was a manager for the team, and all year he kept raving about these two transfers who were able to practice with the team but couldn't play until the following year. He was convinced that those transfers plus Travis Mays would make Texas a good team even if Weltlich returned.
Luckily we didn't have to find out how Kaiser Bob would have handled Blanks and Wright joining Mays on the court.
I will always be thankful for the two years I got to see Blanks playing for UT, and I am terribly saddened by his passing.

Commerce not Kingsville
Other than location, is there really a difference?

Well it’s the same team that gave their coach a National Championship trophy just for showing up and agreeing to steal a hundred or so million from them.
It's worse than that.
They were honoring the A&M Kingsville coach for winning a national championship and they felt that they couldn't give him a plaque without giving one to Jimbo too.

Just so long as St. Maldy is in there at 9th we are good. Can't have the guy 3-0 with an actual bat catch more than 1 time a week. And worry not- Pena's not going to hit below Dubon anytime soon.
Pena needs Dubon protecting him in the lineup so he gets good pitches to hit.

OH lord- this lineup tonight. Blah.
Meyers, Maldy and Dubon at the ass end.
Doesn't make a shit when Javier and the bullpen throw a shutout.

And then return to a thread that concerns the yanks.

Lol. Last season was the first year you could say the Astros were clearly better than the Yankees. The Yankees were the better team in 2017 and they were about even in 2019. Kind of looks like the Yankees are the AL team to beat right now after the start the Astros are off to, even you have to admit that.
Playoff games are the ones that count, right?
What is the yanks postseason record against the Astros?
What team has eliminated the yanks from the postseason the most times over the last 1,000,000 years?

#TeamRangers
Speaking of teams whose soul belongs to the Astros.

Just like a Rangers fan to brag about beating a team after the Astros broke it and killed its soul.

All that being said, coverage creates sacks. If our CBs are really as good as people are saying, the pass rush issue may solve itself.
Consistent pressure on the QB creates good coverage.

If we had not locked up McCullers, would we have signed Verlander?

Altuve's oblique problem, then not catching Bregman's throw last night, and not playing today hopefully are not related at all.
