Vanity Fair online reports that 27 more women haveI've never liked that guy. Can't say why, but I never liked him.
Probably the arrogance.
Geraldo (yeah, I know, consider the source!) mentioned on Stern a while back that the allegations vs Rose weren't all that shocking to him, not because he thought Charlie to be a predator, but because he knew Charlie to be a guy who felt that all women worshiped him, especially young women. He described Charlie to have a God complex. Takes one to know one??

I'll give you Avatar, but the rest still hold up for me.
Saving Private Ryan is still badass and an all time favorite. The Matrix falls into that category of I'll watch it if it's on. Other sequels didn't run great movies as a movie can sorta exist in a vacuum.

How about a thread of videos of all time greats performaning on smaller stages well before their fame led them to being documented on a much grander scale.
To kick things off, I give you an extremely early version of a Pearl Jam set recorded from some dude in the crowd in 1991 at a festival in Washington state.

This is a song by Victoria Williams.. if you can make it to about the 6:00 mark where McCready is jamming with Boom, it's awesome.
Crazy Mary has been a staple at Pearl Jam shows for decades.

Fuck!!!! Favorite all time show as a kid.

Is it tongue-in-cheek from Bauer? He and Cole were teammates at UCLA.

Just listened to about 30 minutes of Artie Lange doing lines from The Godafther from 2006 on Sternthology on my way home from work. Hilarious, great entertainment.

This is kind of random, but has anyone noticed that McTaggart has been... different on Twitter? He still posts his usual stuff, but he's also been really snarky, and not in an endearing way, this year at times.
He’s been this way for quite a while, now. Tends to whine a bit, too, about to the daily grind of doing what’s essentially his job. His constant, insecure UH homerism can be a beat down, too, but he’s still a very good beat writer and consistently delivers great content, so I put up with it.
A lot of beat writers tend to be like this. Not sure if it’s the grind of the job or it’s the job that just happens to attract this personality type.

Good Brandi Carlile interview this morning, assuming it was from today.

Henry VIII
I was very stoned the night I created the handle and typed that name for some unknown reason. Was always too embarrassed to ask how to change it, so simply waited for the board to become seized under the terms of some random lawsuit settlement and then made the switch on the newly created board. I played the long game.

Posted this as Henry VIII on Shaggy a while back, but worth posting again.

Pearl Jam and Tom Petty show in Denver (Pepsi Center), July 4th, 2006.
Had a great spot 4th row center. Both bands crushed it that night.

Lol at Crane. Mentioned Harvey again:
Astros owner Jim Crane: “They wouldn’t let us play up here a couple months back. Glad to be here.”

Gomez. They needed Gomez back one more year for this portrait alone.
