  1. It's a real thing, someone else said it but it's a precursor to conduct disorder. It's very similar to someone with a personality disorder. Lots of addicts had ODD as a kid.
  2. You are completely right. I'd actually love it if this caused some shakeups.
  3. I work for a pac12 school and they have laid out a plan for having in person classes. These unis realize they can't justify tuition costs for subpar online classes so they're really pushing for going back. They want people back at work and students butts in seats. Schools are in a tough position, research has come to a grinding halt, students threatening not to come back and pay tuition, no funds from sports and they're still paying for all their layers of employees.
  4. MILF Island.
  5. I believe the photo is on reddit but I can't being myself to click the link. Talk was there was another man in New York as well.
  6. They sort of handle temp checks at hospitals like they would bag or ticket check/scans at stadiums. You've got like three or four people you can branch off to, they scan your forehead and squirt some hand sanitizer in your hands. Obviously the number of people going to the hospital is small in comparison but I'm sure it could be done if a school were so inclined. The real issue is getting people to stand in those lines 6 feet apart. Maybe were not worrying about that anymore if the plan is to pack stadiums.
  7. Drinking everyday isn't inherently a problem, as long as it's considered within a moderate amount. Mainly, if you are suffering from negative consequences, like your family is always pissed at you because of your drinking, you're late to work or missing important things, getting DUIs or driving after drinking, spending too much money on alcohol, etc...if you find that you binge drink, even on occasion...if you experience cravings, or when you stop, you experience any type of withdrawal symptom, these can all indicate a problem or an addiction. I would be cautious about daily drinking, though. Alcohol is so highly addictive that it can easily spiral out of control.
  8. I work in human research and somehow have an increased workload.
  9. Nobody owes you their appreciation, it's your job to do for the states...Jesus Christ.
  10. He's close to all the Asians.
  11. He just doomed us with that statement.
  12. He can tell us where carnival is based, he won't do it, but could.
  13. He really needs to study a thesaurus.
  14. Anecdote, I stopped in a winn dixie for ice and there was a roach crawling around right at the checkout. Turned me off for good. I'd rather spend too much at Publix.
  15. I completely forgot about The Villages. Those people are big time socializers. If it gets there, the whole of NC Florida is in trouble hospital wise. I hope they've closed their bars down at least cuz those olds do not give a fuck.
  16. This is straight up depressing.
  17. I only caught a few minutes when they were really doubling down on how we don't need tests. That was enough.
  18. This is a good idea. It protects their employees from illness and will help control stock.
  19. It looks like she's selling some mlm product too. What a gem.
  20. I used to work on the west side of Shands (dentistry). This thing could be all over the hospital and that is a scary thought.
  21. I just got a PSA on my phone telling us to shelter in place. We did have some small aftershocks. At least I'm not at work during this mess.
  22. Seems coercive. I'm really curious if they keep you in the hospital for days or how they justify that compensation.
  23. I don't think there were any injuries but some lost their power. I'd say it was moderate shaking, but I've never felt one before this.
