I know several people that use the C-PAP machines. They definitely work, but I'd try a mouth guard/snore guard first. Get one that you boil/soften up like a football mouth guard.
I use a mouth guard and it works like a charm.
I have been told by 2 Drs that those are only effective on mild to moderate apnea. What bolverk is describing is nowhere near mild or moderate. He stops breathing almost 100 times per hour. My number was somewhere around 40 and I was told that was too severe for the mouthpiece. He needs the machine.
-
Mine was too severe for that but i have heard they can work well for mild apnea.Anyone tried those mouthpieces that advance the lower jaw to open up the airway? They are significantly less expensive and seem like they'd be less annoying to use. They are for mild to moderate apnea, so they may not work for more severe cases. I don't know if OP's case is considered severe or not. -
You're assuming the prosecutor wants to convict the defendant. In a court of law, even a semi-competent prosecutor would have no difficulty whatsoever in refuting the living shit out of all of those points.
And I know that you're merely trotting out theories that they'll try, but I'm sure you'd agree that not one of them will stick. -
Can't edit, but I'm not mad at you. Just pissed because i see where this is heading.Oh, fuck off. Dude was murdered in his own home and it's being leaked that he had weed. Why? -
Property management company has that.If there was a noise complaint that day, or in the past, surely there would be records of that somewhere. Those can be verified, if they exist. -
Oh, fuck off. Dude was murdered in his own home and it's being leaked that he had weed. Why?It isn't relevant, it was seized because possession of it is illegal. -
So why was the weed relevant again? To search a premises you have to have probable cause that a crime was committed (ok, check), and explain to a judge what evidence you expect to find on the searched premises and how that evidence is relevant. Lawdogs tend to lump both of those into "probable cause."
So, it isn't super-clear at this point why you get to toss her apartment. The state does not get to go fishing in citizens' homes just because they might find something relevant.
His was a crime scene. -
I get that the crime scene was part of it. Why was the weed found in his apartment relevant again?
His apartment was/is the crime scene. But does bring up a good question that has been asked on here a few times. -
Let's hear the Dunsch stories. He sounds like a psycho.

The Mansion is where Tiger used to sword his skanks. As to the question of how much play earns what level of comps, the Aria hostess was offering to monitor your play and adjust or update comp info during your trip. From what I’ve observed in the past, you go enjoy yourself at the property, sign everything (that you can) to your room and then meet with the host before checkout and see what they will comp. Over time, you begin to get a feel for what they will and won’t do for you.
For this particular trip, sounds like they weren’t immediately able to start out by comping a Sky Suite. I’m not sure exactly how many they have, but if you are going over a weekend, it’s definitely a supply/demand issues with level of play of other rated players. If you were asking for mid-week about a week prior to Christmas, they might have said sure we can comp a Sky Suite for you then.
As an interesting aside, a long time ago when I took an official Wall Street guided tour around Vegas, we met with the CEO/CFOs and when I met with MGM it was at The Mansion. This is a 55 Suites hotel/Casino at MGM Grand and we were told you can’t call up and pay to stay there. The only guests allowed were invited who had rated play. At the time the largest Suite (which we toured) was 4 bedrooms, had its own private indoor pool and came with its own chef and butler. And the credit line to be awarded that Suite was off the charts. Anyways, I won’t go on anymore here about that, but I’ve heard a lot of great stories over the years. -
So why didn't they search her apartment? Why is his relevant but hers irrelevant.
-
If they don't already, they will.^ Do we know for a fact yet that those witnesses don't also have marijuana or crack or dead hookers in their apartments? -

You get so hyperbolic it’s ridiculous. No one that matters is saying what you’re saying other than you.
Do you think he's wrong? I don't. Nobody, and I mean nobody, circles the wagons like cops when one of their own does something bad.

I'm a lot more interested in the toxicology report of what was in her bloodstream at the time this happens. Do you think they even did a blood draw on her? Or was she sent home to sober up and work on her story?

I was just checking in to see if the Stunt Ranch owner was posting in this thread yet.

Can somebody explain to me why cops are even allowed to take their service weapons home with them after clocking out?
Because they might need to shoot some motherfucker who won't be quiet.

I have an auto CPAP that I use every night (your test results will dictate what kind of machine you get). My sleep is worlds better now than it was before getting it, but it took me probably 2-3 weeks until I was used to sleeping with it. Sleep apnea is no joke. Use your machine every night.
Find a mask that is comfortable for you. I initially had a mask like this and I hated it.
Switched to this one and it is much better. They will let you try a couple new masks at first to find one that works for you.

Nice. How much power that thing have? They make too many versions to keep track of.

You can do either. Just a preference thing.Looks excellent. Did you sear it at the end or just go straight from the sous to the plate? -

I also use one of these as a cheap $15 rack: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00TJTWR04/
Compared to $35: https://www.amazon.com/LIPAVI-Rack-Model-Steel-Square-Inch-Adjustable-Collapsible/dp/B00PKGBMBA/
Is the rack just to keep the food suspended in the water and not on the bottom or side?

How the fuck was she employed anywhere? She's certifiable. The old 'he almost ran me over' seems like it was a common ploy.
