Yeah, have a feeling we’re going to look back on that as an albatross. Why? We control our destiny with the good teams.

That fucks the Yankees pitching situation bigly. Only saving grace is that you can guarantee one of those ALCS NY games will be rained out too. October in NYC is no joke. I hear.
Um…wut?

That ducking under my desk, and covering my head with my arms, was an effective defense from a Soviet nuclear attack

Train a few hours after the game for sure. Or, do the valet like I do. Major time saver

Was going to say this one.
I wasn't at the legendary 1990 Houston game, which seems to get mentioned a lot. I was at Ricky's 1998 record-breaker against aggy, the 2016 OT thriller against Notre Dame, the 2018 blasting of USC, and this year's game against Bama, to name some of the loudest games I've attended.
But the Mizzou game in 2008 was the first time I've ever seen the Longhorns play at home ranked No. 1 (don't forget, Mizzou was ranked 11 at the time and had a damned good team), and it was after one of the best Texas/OU games in recent history. When we jumped to a pretty big lead in the first half, that place was louder than I've ever experienced.
This. Electric atmosphere

Una Pizza Napoletana is supposed to be good. I have not had it yet, but it is on my list.

I have been to 50 Kalo in Naples, and it was fucking outstanding, so this must be good.
However, this is old country pizza. If you want New York Pizza, I think John's on Bleecker is up there. Scarr's is also good. And while it isn't the best, Lombardi's is the oldest, and since it is close, you can pop to Ferrara's for sweets and coffee after.
Don’t sleep on Julianna’s across the Brooklyn Bridge

I said it at the start of the season and I’ll say it again with high confidence: Worthy is the best receiver in Texas history and it will become completely obvious by the time he leaves. .
Roy Williams would like a word with you.

Who is 37 for Texas? Every time I’ve seen him on the field he’s making stupid decisions.

They 100% cost us the game. Alabama got away with murder that game despite being flagged 15 times. They were a horribly undisciplined team and deserved a far harsher punishment from the refs. That injustice 100% cost us the game.
If we didn’t shank a FG, what would have been the final outcome?

If you’re dead set on flying, Barcelona is a great option. Lots to see and do and you get the beach. Easily reachable from Paris and Rome.

If you’ve never been to Amsterdam, you’re probably going to be disappointed. IMO, it’s the most overhyped tourist city in Europe. There are some pretty spots outside the city, however. I’d take the train from Rome to Geneva, spend a few nights there and then take a train to Paris. A train through the Swiss countryside and Alps is probably more enjoyable for the kids than dodging bikes in Amsterdam.
I would use Paris as a base and do Normandy and Mont-St-Michel instead. Take a train to Caen and rent a car. You don’t want to drive in Paris.

Not so much miles, but I flew Norse to Oslo last week. Pretty nice setup for a discount carrier.
Oh, and Finnair's business product sucks balls. (Stockholm - JFK)
