  1. People like me huh? People like me took the full brunt of the 94 Crime Bill, by a Democrat. People like me were pushed into subprime loans because of the Fannie and Freddie Home Ownership Strategy, by a Democrat. People like me remember it was a Democrat that signed NAFTA, a Democrat that let China into the WTO, and a Democrat that signed Glass-Steagall reform. Lastly, people like me have sat by and watched Nancy Pelosi's Net Worth grow to over 200 million. Now we all know that the Republicans are far worse, but to ignore the 900lb Gorilla in the room is irresponsible. In our lifetimes the Democrats have ALSO made a rightward shift instead of standing on their own bidness. They have alienated their base in an effort to attract centrists and moderate republicans, allowing the republicans to move further and further rightward. You can ignore this if you want to but it doesn't make it go away. Have they been the only party advocating for what you laid out? Sure, but when nothing gets done people remember what you DID do. 2016 happened because her last name was Clinton. Had it been Jones Trump never becomes President.

You don't have children do you?
  3. You didn't know that was how it was supposed to work? -MAGA
  4. True. However, the Vatican knows where its bread is buttered. To denounce the browns would be suicide. As conservative as Catholicism is, they've long since seen which way the wind is blowing. Loomer's understanding of the World doesn't extend outside the US border.
  5. Hey Laura! I'm not sure if you understand why the Pope would be pro brown folks.
  6. Imagine being born in 1946, the era of patriotic enthusiasm, and not knowing what the Marines did on February 23rd, 1945.
  7. I don't think you guys fully understand what is happening here. I keep hearing about these so-called Dem strategies. As I said before the D party only gets in power when people are frustrated with the Rs. Why? They can't beat the racists and the other people have tuned them out. The problem is ALL our politicians are lining their pockets and allowing Capitalism to eat the middle class. Until someone runs against the corps and uber wealthy we are going to be like this. High taxes on the rich. Get lobbyist out of Washington. Caps on donations. No investment in the market by politicians. Close tax loopholes. You get the picture.
  8. I talk a lot of shit, I know. That said I have a lot of respect for the posters here. I look at this place like that sports friend group where the shit talk is nonstop but it's all love when it's all said and done. @Had Enough it was a serious question because I honestly don't know how they stat that.
  9. I am sorry buddy. As much as I would like to step in and help you I promised @hobbes2702 I would not. Good luck in your fight my friend. Stand tall. If you are feeling overwhelmed look to Derka for an example of how to stand up Who is talking about that play? Lol. Quinn should've stepped into the pocket on the example you are giving. I am asking who's fault it is on my example? You still haven't answered.
  10. I didn't say everyone, but they sure didn't all get hurt our week and all come back the week after.
  11. I am sorry hobbes. I will do better.
  12. DE-DT twist. Cam loses the edge in confusion so Quinn steps up in the pocket, but DJ let the DE cross his face and Quinn steps right into his arms. Self sack yes or no?
  13. So Quinn's 333 and 5 TDs vs a superior opponent is somehow worse than Arch's 325 and 2 TDs vs a team that won 0 conference games and two games overall. Got it!
  14. His point is some self-sacks aren't really avoidable.
  15. Everybody was out for Florida for those other teams too is the point. They only got trounced in one game all season. Also, Moore dropped a TD pass against Florida as well. Plus we sat Quinn in the last qtr.
  16. Derka- "ahh yes, the miss state game, the one where arch got to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that he was bigger, faster, stronger, more accurate, smarter, more mobile, stronger arm, better when the play breaks down, etc, than quinn ewers" (Arch vs 0-8 MSU 26-31 325 and 2TDs) Surly- "But what about the Florida game?" (Quinn vs 4-4 Florida 19-27 333 and 5 TDs in 3 qtrs) Derka- Florida was playing with middle schoolers in the entire secondary! Surly- Looks at the two games after us with confusion(Gave up 16 to LSU and 17 to Ole Miss) Derka- "Must have gotten everyone back healthy the next week" Surly-
  17. Self sack is completely subjective/opinion
  18. He also had physical limitations is exactly my point.
  19. Anyways. You boys have fun going round and round with Derka. See y'all when preseason rolls around.
  20. And how did that help Colt in the league? Every player has their shortcomings.
  21. In his defense the term is fairly new. Like using the term "space" when referring to rooms in your house.
  22. Another reason why people don't take your football takes seriously Derka. Anyone here who even understands football a little bit watched defense after defense trot out at least two deep safeties for the majority of the time Sark has been calling offense at the University of Texas. In fact, quite a few of them tried to run the 3 high flyover that has been so successful in the past vs Sark offenses. Even when we trotted out 12 personnel. Did a couple teams get aggressive in the box? Sure. Georgia did in our second meeting as a changeup and Quinn threw for 358. You can't just spout out easily refutable untruths Derka, like "the rb room was performing admirably" when every single loss we had we didn't crack 60 yards. A solid running team can run on any box because there are always angles and blocking schemes you can use to counter them. If you come out of every big game with a yard or two per carry you are NOT a good running team. Full stop.
  23. If you cannot run the football immobile quarterbacks are going to struggle. That's simple football logic. Using the draft position to prove your point is moronic. That's why I won't spend a bunch of time arguing about where people are drafted. There are three types of draft picks. Guys who the NFL think have what it takes(High draft picks). Guys who the NFL think are incapable because of size/ability(low draft picks). Guys who the NFL thinks has the typical size/skill but haven't refined it yet(project players). The NFL's opinion is Quinn is of the second group. Incapable. Not strong enough arm. Not good enough in the pocket. Etc. That is a wait and see if they are correct for me and a lot of other posters here. There are many instances of him standing tall and throwing 20 yard outs that most QBs cannot throw. Just as there are many instances of wounded ducks. Outsid of mobility, he has the tools to be solid in the league it really just depends on running game and protection. So 85 pages of back and forth when no one has touched the field is just dumb. But carry on.
